e&s Clearance Centre & Outlet

We had an amazing in store experience at the e&s clearance centre and outlet yesterday. Sharna at the store greeted us with the best smile and was incredibly nice and helpful working out a price on a wine fridge we couldn’t refuse. We didn’t feel any pressure at all at any time. She even offered us a cold drink as it was a very hot day. The guys who helped us move the item to our car were amazing too. A wonderful experience. Top notch store. Will definitely recommend to anybody.

The team at this store were absolutely fantastic. Went in there after work on a Saturday tired and miserable and was an absolute pain to deal with. Missus needed a new dishwasher. I was obnoxious and rude but was still treated with respect and understanding from the staff.

Zea helped us pick a new dishwasher and even though there was a slight drama with the dishwasher, the problem was rectified right away and all's well. Will definitely come back there again even though its a hike and a half to get there. Great great service.

What a team! You can always tell that a store is managed correctly from the top down where every staff member has a smile on their face.

We have a store much closer to our house and by chance I popped in here on the way to ikea. I ended up being late for an appointment because I loved the experience so much.

Zea was absolutely incredible in her product knowledge across the board and wanted to understand how we lived life as a family rather than what’s there to sell. Zea also has incredible follow up keeping me informed of how our order is going since I went into the sore.

Kurt- what a legend. If you need someone to help with out of the box solutions then Kurt is your man. He was so patient explaining tech specs in laments terms. Baden was also incredibly helpful in helping us choose a toilet and helpful tips like size we hadn’t considered when replacing.

The team worked cohesively to source an oven I wanted that wasn’t listed on their system as well as a cooktop. It’s certainly not the dog eat dog behaviour here you see at other competitor brands.

Our whole experience was rapt up by the store manager Andrew who ensured our items were delivered safely to the car and that I had all I needed.

I will be back and will continue to bypass my local store to shop here instead!

In Melbourne to help our daughter move into new accommodation and needed a new fridge. Sharna was able assist us very quickly and efficiently with good old fashioned customer service, providing us with a very good deal on a floor stock fridge with a small mark on the door. Well done Sharna.

What a great and professional service by Mark and the team at Noble Park clearance centre. We bought a Bosch dishwasher and it delivered on time and fast. We found one of the bottom’s tray holder broken and they just replaced it the whole brand new tray for us. The best ever service and the lowest price that I’ve had experience. Very happy customer!

Bought my oven and Preston showroom. What a beautiful showroom too. Everyone there was wonderful to deal with. Pick oven up at there warehouse in Noble Park and got great service there also. Couldn't recommend this business enough. Also good price on my oven very pleased with it.
