And Valarie was so fantastic and supportive and very helpful she is a great asset to the company and so was the manager they helped us and we even spent more money in store because staff were so amazing great customer service…

Went into the shop and the man in the gaming department was so lovely to deal with. Did me a great deal and was happy to give me his advice regarding dash cams. Parking was great which was great as most other JB's have tiny little car spots.

Excellent atmosphere with a new store feeling. Staff members are very approachable and helpful which is a very rare thing for JB. In most JB stores the staff are either non existent or snobby but this store they were really nice and friendly.

Sid and Jun were amazing. Super funny guys and super helpful. Had issues with telstra, and they were so easy to deal with in getting it fixed. Love my new phone and will definitely come back in the future!!!

The stuff really helped me out and sorted out my issue after going back with the same issue 3times the stuff decided to handle it the third time, and I left the store totally satisfied and fully helped .thank you 😊

I bought my first Macbook pro there. And all the staffs are wonderful and helpful. They match the lowest price that you can find.

Unfortunately there is still some items that are not available if compared with store that are in the city centre or at big malls. But it should take care most of your needs.

rang the store earlier to look for a special edition xbox controller and Jun was so nice to put it aside for me. Will definitely go back to this branch. Thanks Jun!

Have most things in stock, store is easy to navigate and staff are very helpful if you have any issues.

The items I wanted were in stock here at reasonable prices. (One was an uncomplicated Universal Remote - see pic)
Staff were helpful and friendly. (Was a quiet Saturday arvo which helped)

Great store to go to as there isn’t a lot of people there most of the time. Unlike the ones at major shopping centres

Was willing to pay ticketed price on an item when assistant told me that it is 300 cheaper without me asking. Shop was busy but he found me as soon as he was free, so it was good services for the day even if most time it had been an indifferent attitude at best from the staff.

Liams from the sale team is absolutely amazing!
