One of the biggest and spacious furniture warehouses I’ve been to. It’s the perfect place to find a new bed frame, mattress, couch, dining table and chairs and coffee table.

It’s also easy access off Princes Highway.

After being recommend Amart from a friend I was suspicious because it was so cheap, but after visiting other more known pricey furniture stores I can say Amart is the place to go! The staff are great and the selection is huge, a lot of discounts if you look for them and they seem to be great quality. Would buy from this place again.

Purchase of our futon/sofa bed was easy to do in store. We requested delivery as the futon wasn't available on the day but came a few days layer. The tracking was smooth and when Ali & Tokoa got here, they were super friendly, and got it into the room we wanted with ease. Cheers guys!

A good shop to buy home furniture. The major thing is that just opposite to Amart you will find IKEA a very strong competitor. But st Amart you will find a variety.

I recently purchased some home decor items including dining table, chairs from A Mart. I found each employee there are so responding and so caring! Store manager Ms Renee is a jewel. She is persistent and never feels tired and always looking forward to walk extra mile. One day the store was closed. I had something urgent and she waited additional one hour to support me when no one was in the showroom!! This is unparalleled customer support which is rare. I hope her all the best! My family will always be grateful to her and A. Mart!

For a big store, I had an unbelievably positive experience. I'm hoping that Daniel gets paid commission and is recognised for his attitude. While making up our mind about a couch that we liked, we saw him attend everyone in the store exactly like he attended us. He was everywhere!

He was helpful, answering questions and appearing whenever we needed help (it was like magic). He answered the questions and gave us information without being pushy; and he gave us space to decide when we were making up our mind. He was well-informed, personable, made light jokes and conversations with us and just made it a very positive experience overall.

We were extremely impressed with the service to the point that I remembered his name a day after our visit, in order to write this review.

Had a fantastic experience. Was served by maddie who treated me like a person rather than the next target to an over the top salesperson. She was down to earth and to the point. It would have been nicer to be served a bit quicker but maybe they were just understaffed that day. Either way, very satisfied with Maddie's service. Haven't yet received the product so hopefully I'm still satisfied when it arrives.

They have an exceptionally good customer service. One of the biggest stores with a wide selection of items.
Visited there a multiple number of times to decide what to buy and every time they were very helpful and answered all of our questions. They did not push us to buy anything and gave us all the time we need to roam around the store.
Staff member Madeline was very helpful on the day we went to place our order and she helped us to find the best deal. Overall, we had a really good experience at Amart Mulgrave.

Great service, was given our own personal consultant to show us what we were looking for even with only 10 min before close. Not pushy at all and also really patient and thorough with our order. Also gave us our own personal time to check our furniture too! Requested delivery for the Saturday, and followed through exactly as informed in the store. Sat morning, a text one hour prior. Friendly and down to earth delivery guys. Thanks so much for being the only furniture store I have ever enjoyed going to! Amart is an A+ :)

The couch I ended up getting was discounted quite a bit. There are some overly expensive things here, but if you come back a few times you might end up finding something heavily discounted like I did.
The service was also very good, from the floor staff, to the person handling the delivery.
Due to covid restrictions the delivery team was going to drop the couch on the door step, which would have totally screwed us over, but the delivery coordinator ended up calling the assembly team which are allowed inside the house and they ended up bringing it inside for us, and I just put it together myself. An awesome compromise and it really did save us having to try move the couch somewhere probably impossible for us to do otherwise.

I purchased some outdoor wicker dining chairs last month from your store. The sales assistant, Ms Renee was a great help to me. Not only did she very patiently answered my questions and gave me a good price, but also very willingly and tirelessly took repeated measurements and helped me decide what would fit into my alfresco area. She was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable about the products and I was very satisfied with my purchase because of her help. Your store has very good range and the prices are very fair. Thanks to the great sales person Daniel, we visited the big showroom today and Daniel went totally out of his was to assist us with a fantastic deal on a large modular lounge suite , we were so happy with the outcome that we then purchased more items such as 3 bar stools and soft furnishings, I always shop there and have for the last 10yrs, I definitely will recommend all my friends and family to shop there, thank you Daniel ,staff

Got a comfortable pheobe sofa in light blue. It has been amazing ever since. The customer service is friendly and easy going, no one here to push you into getting something you dont want.

Got great customer service from the staff at Springvale. I wanted chairs from one dining setting and a table from another dining setting and they done a package deal for me at a great price. Definitly going back for more funiture. Ps don't go to IKEA you get trapped in their store and don't have what is advertised.
