Lilydale Medical Centre

Amazing, a doctor who cares, who listens and understands, a doctor who requested a scan straight away. Saw another doctor at another practice due to no appointments, only to be told to ride out the pain in my back. Suspected prolapse. I now have been given pain killers to help and off to get a scan tomorrow. Thank you to Dr MK. Your amazing caring and know what your talking about. Will never go elsewhere.

Have been going to this clinic for years and have always found them to be friendly and warm. My GP is fantastic as he always spends the time with you to ensure you are listened to and will recommend the best possible treatment. There is usually a wait but it's 100 % worth it as the care is absolutely wonderful. Good old fashioned GP service that is not a "production line with zero care factor"!

What a fantastic clinic.
I was once a medical receptionist, & l have to say what a fantastic bunch of ladies they are here.
In particular, Michelle, who went way beyond her duty, but followed up for me , on a situation which l didn’t think would go my way.
It did, & l’ll be sincerely grateful for her who interest and effort to go that extra step for me.

This has to be the best medical centre in the region... All staff here are amazing, but a special mention to the nursing staff who are exceptional. Keep up the great work.

Andrew McIntosh is such a caring Dr.He has looked after my parents and family for close to 40 years. We trust him. His is an outstanding Dr who will continue to Investigate a medical issue, produces excellent background reports for the referred Dr, refers you to the top specialists and conducts any follow ups if required. He will also ring you immediately if there are any medical issues identified in the test results, scans, biopsies, etc. Not all Drs do this.

I have been a patient at Lilydale Medical Centre for many years and can highly recommend them. From the time you arrive you are greeted with lovely receptionists. Then onto the doctors, I’ve always received the care attention I require from the doctors at this practice. If you live in the Lilydale area and your looking for a family doctor you will get great satisfaction at LMC

I have always had good and positive visits with Lilydale Medical Clinic. From my Doctor (Dr. Osman) who has been great since the first visit. The reception staff are always very polite and efficient and the reception/waiting area is clean and comfortable. There is lots of other facilities in the same building plus x-ray and ultrasound just around the corner. Out door and underground parking makes parking easy. Unless I'm travelling, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I would, and have recommended LMC to others, 10/10.

I was extremely happy with our new nurse Maus(Maureen) felt very comfortable with our time together and her efficiency to help me with the appropriate treatment- thank you

As for the care Dr Kreltzheim has provided for my late husband and me for nearly 50 years words fail me - his medical advice and investigations where necessary have been faultless and very thorough and to top it off his kindness and thoughfulness in difficult times has been incredible . I can’t say enough thank you to doctors Michael Kreltszheim ,dr Anthony Templer ,brilliant and caring doctors have taken care of my family over years and can’t say thank you enough! have experienced when doctors finished finish they duties for the day and got back to their working desk to have help my children they always been such a caring doctors and definitely wee love and respect then endlessly

I've been a Lilydale Medical Centre patient, pretty much since it was established back in my early 20's (if memory serves), and I'm 58 now.
In that time I can honestly say that of all the visits, 99.5% of them have been highly valuable, with the exception of perhaps the first (and last) visit to one or two doctors over the entire time frame. ...I don't think you can achieve much better results than that anywhere. In fact, you may as well just round it off to a 100% satisfaction rate. 😎

We love that there is also many other services available at the doctors surgery!

Have been going there for many years. Most of the doctors are professional helpful and friendly. The office staff are also friendly and helpful.

I find this clinics staff to be professional and attentive. I also find Dr. Alison Murray to be an extremely experienced medical practitioner, most caring and compassionate always happy to devote extra time if necessary to fully investigate with meticulous care and attention. Booked my appointment online with ease. Reception were lovely when I arrived. Didn’t have to wait too long for my appointment. You expect some wait time when you visit the Doctors so it’s to be expected. My doctor is easy to talk to and engaging. Doesn’t make you feel like you need to rush through your consultation.
Waiting area is lovely and clean.

Dr.Faghani was a sheer delight. She answered my questions and made me completely relaxed.

Staff and Dr. Orman are fabulous. All very friendly. I would never go to another medical Centre unless I wasn't in the area.
