Marketown Health - General Practice

I've always had a good experience here. Lots a female doctors which I appreciate. Each doctor I have seen here are very friendly, compassionate and professional.
Easy to park, nice large waiting area.
Also the nurses are always so so helpful and warm when my little one needs vaccinations.
One more thing, the pathologist at the attached laverty is such a a comforting and kind face, also very efficient and professional.

I have seen several different GP's over the past couple of years, always pleasant and helpful. The reception staff have always been polite and dealt promptly with any requests.
I find the online booking system saves time waiting on the phone and allows me to manage appointments around other commitments.

As a patient of many years, I have always found the staff at Marketown Health to be incredibly supportive, compassionate and professional - from the reception team, through to the nurses and the doctors. The level of service exemplifies integrity, courtesy and discretion. I have always felt welcome, comfortable and, most importantly, heard. If I could rate higher, I would. A hardworking and dedicated team of medical professionals - five stars.

I have always experienced courteous assistance from the reception staff and the doctors, however I have also witnessed clients being rude and demanding in the reception area when their demands are not being met fast enough. The nursing staff is well qualified and always do their best to care for their patients. I think all medical centres are and have been under great pressure to provide services to their clients and Marketown Health staff have done their best under very difficult circumstances.

I had my first appointment here today and they were so thorough. I’ve gotten very used to doctors who hand out scripts while barely acknowledging you and want you in and out of the appointment in five minutes, but the doctor I saw today took time, asked all of my history, had genuine conversations and treated me really well. I will only go here from now on.

Wanted to thank reception, nurses and my doctor (you know who you are) for being so nice even during this whole COVID a mess.
I feel safe at this practice and always well looked after. I find that the way you treat people is how you are treated.

I have been going to Marketown Health since it opened and before that at its location in King street.
I’ve always been treated extremely well by all the doctors I’ve seen and the staff. We take our kids and they just love the jelly beans at the end of their appointments.
They comply with the covid guidelines that makes me feel safe visiting their practice.

My doctor has been incredibly supportive and this is one of the best medical practices I have been to. The nurses are great and the receptionists have always been warm, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been going to this practice for over 10 years now, since it was KSGP. Amazing and caring doctors and very accomodating staff. They're following the regulations and restrictions due to Covid-19 and all the variants , mask , flu symptoms etc. With a number of doctors(female and male) all medical needs are met , the front desk staff are amazing , polite and helpful. Nurses and blood test services are within the area.

By far the best GP I've ever been too. Always going above and beyond. Have to give a special thanks to Dr Amoreaux McRae. She is amazing and would highly recommend

Always great staff fantastic doctors , this is not a walk in Medical Practice so appointments are needed , but the access is easy being in market town.
