It is the perfect place to make the purchases you need, it has a good balance of price-quality of the products. There is wheelchair access, parking.

Great customer service I forgot my wallet and they held my groceries at the customer service desk they could tell I was stressed but helped me out thanks to the lady behind the service desk

Everything you need plus more aisles are wide and every aisle is clearly marked for what your looking for

Have always had the best service from Pam & Lisa ( early mornings). Always a nice chat as continually working. Great customer service is a dying bread, however these 2 awesome ladies know how to do it. I was disappointed to hear that Pam was retiring. A lot of staff have left. You need to do something about keeping good staff. Happy retirement Pam. Another great Coles team member exited.

A really relaxed experience if you avoid using the peak hours. Webt after 7pm. A few good specials to be enjoyed as well.

Marketown Coles have a larger selection of bread and cakes than other Coles stores.

Donut King Market Town Newcastle good service .good value with seniors card.coffee 2donuts 4 dollars 50 cents. Very well staffed .courtesy personafide. Plenty seating .Best and cheapest place in NEWCASTLE for us oldies to stop for a yarn and make new friends. .I frequent place nearly EVERY DAY. STAN

Product choice good.

Coles was open almost on everyday of our stay and even during Easter weekend we could do at Coles. It offers great variety of products and some of the products that I found here were not found elsewhere. Especially the variety of breads and other snacks was impressive.

Plenty of parking. Best of all it's open 24hrs. There is always a security guard in the late hours so I feel very safe to shop at 2am.

Never before have I seen such a complete arrangement of fruits, vegetables, meats, fish and other seafood products, baked goods, over the counter healthcare products, and other miscellaneous grocery goods. I can scarcely believe that other shops have the nerve to exist when one's every need and want can easily be satisfied by Coles at Marketown in Newcastle West.

The staff are amazing and nice. They will go the extra mile for you. Also the veggies are on ice which I like. Makes them more fresh!
