Rooms and property are clean. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen well equipped with the essentials for simple cooking, if the need arise.

Fantastic view of the beach and within walking distance from the property. The location of the property within a town makes it convenient for guests as well.

Internet and streaming service on property is a plus. Looking forward to return in the future.

I stayed here with my family for 3 nights. This place is truly beautiful and with all the amenities you can imagine, including kayaks and Netflix (all included in the rate). It has just been renewed and decorated with great taste. It is located right in front of the beach and the view from the balcony is simply stunning (see pictures attached). I can't recommend this place warmly enough.

A magic place to stay. The house is very well kept, spacious and it truly is on the beachfront with fantastic views. The kitchen is very well appointed and there are many little things in the house to make the stay more enjoyable. The large deck at the back with the big BBQ overlooking Freycinet Peninsula is a great spot for relaxing and listening to the gentle waves. There is a nice walk around the headland into Swansea. Netflix and Wifi included and a cosy fireplace as well as kayaks. What more could anyone want?

we recently had a 5 nite stay at this property. The beach front location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. The bed and lounges were very comfortable and as there was only the two of us, we couldn't fault anything and would happily return. The house was very clean and well equipped and having use of the kayaks out the front was really lovely too. We preferred staying at Swansea over Freycinet or Coles bay which is far busier at this time of the year.

Lovely beach house, fully serviced and well equipped for kids!! You can even enjoy canyoning in the bay as they have two kayaks ready to use for the guests. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped with all you will need to prepare any meals there is a also a BBQ where to make some amazing Tasmanian steaks! Also Netflix available for the evenings where you would like to stay home and enjoy a relaxed evening.

This beach house is very clean and comfortable. Nice to stay and relax in a quiet surrounding with your own private beach in front of the house.At night you can hear the sound of the waves. We enjoyed kayaking on the sea right in front of the house. It was cold and very windy.

Excellent location with tasteful deco. Very comfortable and clean. Fully stocked kitchen with spices included. Will definitely return.

Great spot to while away a few days. Close to wineries and some fantasic treks on Freycinet Penninsular.

Great place to stay. Very nice views. Almost on the beach.

False advertising. Hire someone to re-fix your website. It's a one from me mate.
