The room we stayed in had a great water view. It's got everything we needed to spend a night and the staff are really friendly.

There are many restaurants nearby (walking distance) so getting food is not a problem.

Enjoy convenient beach access. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and we savoured beautiful views of Freycinet National Park. You are right next to the Loontitetermairrelehoiner Track and it is worth the walk!

The rooms with a sea view were amazing. Comfy beds with good quality linen. Easy walk to places to eat.

Stunning view of the bay from our room. The room was big and clean and had a comfortable bed. Guest laundry which I used. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Extremely comfortable with wonderful ocean views. Very clean. Loved the selection of tea and coffee, and proximity to shops, restaurants and walking

Fast and easy check in process, had a wonderful encounter with the receptionist. The rooms were comfortable and clean, free parking. Lovely central location backing onto a beautiful water reserve. Couldn’t ask for anything more, will 100% be booking again next time I’m in the area!

We stayed for 2 nights, on the upper floor.
The view from our room was stunning. It was an easy walk to iga up the road and dinner at one of the restaurants close by.
And to top it all off the most stunning moonrise I have ever seen.

We got the perfect room, in a perfect location, with a perfect view!!!
And the bathroom was another perfect thing, even though the sink bit outdated, but I've got to enjoy the SPA!

Great location.. Clean rooms, staff very helpful! We had to cancel our second night due to an emergency, we received a full refund for that night which they didn’t have to do!!

Rooms were clean and as described; had everything we needed with a panoramic view of the beach and sunrise. Checking in and out was effortless and the staff gave us great suggestions for dinner!

Very clean and comfortable room with amazing views. Very friendly staff. Free WiFi Comfortable beds. Tea and coffee supplied, snacks and drinks at very reasonable prices. Receptionist recommended the Bark Mill Hut for a meal and we were not disappointed. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great service. Room is ok but what you pay for. The view is epic. No issues with anything while I was staying. Clean and functional.

Step out of the room onto a beautiful beach.Walks were amazing.Sat and watched the sun go down. Friendly service and plenty of information.Every detail thought of.BBQ tools provided and 2 BBQ's on the deck on the beachfront. Excellent value for money.Rooms really nice and crockery provided.We will be back for certain.Thanks 🙂🙂

The atmosphere was retro and it was clean, quaint, warm, and the views spectacular. Try getting that on the mainland for less than $300 for two nights. A++++ PS. The staff are lovely and work really hard. See you all soon.

Older style motel which has its good and poor points for some.... Not for me.
Older might not be everyones cuppa coffee but when it is in a position like the Swansea Motor Inn, right on the water, middle of town, walkable to anywhere.
Clean, with a Large bathroom we were Extremely Happy with our downstairs waterfront room large enough for 3 adults.
Most of all the Friendly Happy Service we recieved right thru our stay would definitely make us return guests.

This place is amazing, we have been to this place twice now, they are one of the best customer service we have experienced, JO has helped us both our visits, my partner-Pooja has interacted with everyone at this place they are fantastic.
Your place is amazing. The view, the sun rises and set are just out of the world.

You pay for the view.

Asked for a larger heater and they supplied.
