Nice taste Expensive oysters, better then at Woolworths

Friendly and accommodating, we had some lovely antipasto and extremely fresh Pacific oysters. A great view and chatty hosts made this stop a favourite on our way to Bicheno.

Fantastic service and absolutely delicious fresh food! The mussels and oysters were delicious- a must when visiting Tassie!

The Thai mussels were beautiful!!! Honestly can’t recommend them enough!

Awesome fresh seafood, the platter we got was so delicious and highlighted local produce beautifully. Only complaint is that preparing the prawns was tedious with disposable cutlery, and metal ones would have been far less hassle!

Beautiful Mussels on a rainy Tassie Tuesday

Despite having a taste of my friends chips (which they bought as fish+chips) when I went to buy the advertised serve of chips ($10, big bucket visible on the counter) was told I was unable to purchase chips on their own due to potato chip shortage. No alternative vegan/vegetarian substitute aside from salad for a $26 serve of fish and chips. Disappointing, given the chip I tried was one the best I’ve ever had!

A 40 minute wait for chips is not acceptable. Everyone else on my table with fish and chips finished their food before mine came. Even if they ordered after me.
