Didnt have the product I wanted to purchase but the attractive mature aged woman who served me provided a service that I felt was the most friendly, professional, welcoming and memorable service I received in Tasmania

I slipped while hiking to the Wineglassbay outlook, which is near to Swansea.
went to the Pharmacy to get some badages for my prette bruised knee which was bleeding quite a bit...
the lady behind the desk rushed me and "forced" me to sit down.
she immediately started cleaning my wound and patched me up professionally.
in the end I only paid for the materials I bought for aftercare...wanted to tip them 10 bucks but the lady insisted that she wouldn't take more than 5 dollars.
really friendly and professional service...i felt save 😊

The staff offered excellent advice when they couldn't assist, and I got my issue sorted very quickly thanks to them. I wish all pharmacies offered this level of service!

Walked in here to be greeted by two lovely ladies, I had a nasty exhaust burn on my knee that was not looking good.

They offered to clean up, dress the wound and offered a really neat cooling wrap and gave me lots of good advice as the hours ticked on incase I had left it exposed too long and might become worse.

Really appreciate the kindness and service these ladies gave. If I lived in the area I'd bring them some sweets treats for the service.

Extremely friendly staff and lots of options. Everyone was very helpful with our questions and provided several options to work with. Very small but quaint little pharmacy. Will most likely have the prescription you need for whatever your ailment is!

Always friendly and informative and really care about the community, lots of variety in the shop if you need a gift as well

Grateful for the help and genuine care portrayed by this fabulous pharmist in the midst of my personal crisis.

Walked in was asked to put a mask on. I told them I have an exemption and was willing to show it. Before we got to that I was flat out refused service! Discrimination act 1992 (CTH) s26 and s24 .
Attempting to force me to wear a mask is a breach of the biosecurity act (2015) s88 and s95
My exemption shouldn't be questioned it was totally unprofessional and degrading. Taking this further

Rediculous behaviour as I witness a woman forced to wear a mask when she claimed to have a valid medical exemption.
