Barrier Reef Tavern

A good old fashioned pub/sports bar. Occasional live music and sport on several screens. The staff are very friendly. No food at present. Best of all, it is dog friendly in the covered outdoor area.

Amazing dinner experience. Great vibe. Had the chargrilled barramundi. Delighted to have fresh pickled ginger on the salad. Husband didn’t stop eating my twice fried chips off the plate. Service A1!

Great little pub, outdoor seating that is dog friendly

Kai is wonderful! $10 Steaks on Friday night we had a wonderful meal here on New Year's Eve! The restaurant isn't busy like so many places in town.
It is very family friendly. There were children everywhere which was lovely to see.
There were also well behaved dogs in the outside seating area.

Really great atmosphere, tucked out of the way so no external noise. Lovely staff. Fantastic range of beers and cider. They also offer a bottle shop with a generous range of beers, wine and spirits as well as common mixers!

Always a great off the track hang outs for locals

Kai Restaurant is one of my favourite places for a quiet coffee and perhaps a catchup. At night, meals are great too, with steaks and chicken done on the grill. If you're lucky enough to be in Port when one of the seasonal lunches is available, don't miss it.

What fun for drinks and Kai is amazing! Service beyond belief! Food is delicious, try the octopus, mussels and seafood curry.

Great place for a drink and chill

Great pub. Gentlemen behind the bar is a true old school barman. Remembered my drink order after only visiting once.

Excellent service and the food was great. I ordered the fish and chips and the fish was cooked perfectly! Have never been somewhere that’s actually got it right like here.

Delicious food and very reasonably priced. 7/7 dishes were excellent! Would highly recommend!
