Aqua Vista Resort Maroochydore

We had a 1st floor apartment, so no ocean views, but a very large balcony. Rooms were clean and spacious. Park the car and walk to everything. Great coffee shop right next door

We stayed in 3 bedrooms apartment on level 7 comfortably with adequate ocean view. Nice breeze. We didn’t need to turn the aircon on. Good location. Only 200m to the beach. Though the gym was a bit small but it had enough equipments required. Highly recommended

Aqua Vista resort is probably the best place I have ever stayed in on the coast. The two storey premises are just magnificently presented and beautifully furnished. The 270 degree views take in the coast and the hinterland, and has fantastic sunrise and sunset views. The property is conveniently located close to the Maroochydore shopping centre, and one block from the beach. Aqua Vista is a MUST DO if you are thinking about a relaxing holiday on the sunshine coast.

Stayed here for ten amazing nights! Reception were very friendly and efficient. We even received an early afternoon call to let us know our room was ready. Apartment on tenth floor was amazing - views breathtaking! All so clean and modern!

The staff at Aqua Vista were very welcoming. Even the residents were happy to see us. Views were amazing, apartment was very well equipped and super clean. Great location - so close to a beautiful patrolled beach. There was nothing not to like!

My partner and I stayed at the Aqua Vista a few weeks ago. Originally I had requested a quote for the end of March. Due to work circumstances my partner had his holiday time pushed forward and we had only 2 days to book accommodation for 6 nights. Thanks to Aqua Vista we were able to book a room for 6 nights at the same price we were originally quoted. You never know what to expect when you book an apartment online as the photos generally make the places look better than they are. Much to our surprise we walked through the door to find a massive 2 bdrm apartment. Everything was so perfect from the comfy leather lounge to the massive bathrooms (2) and kitchen. We also had an ocean view which really topped it off. We most definitely enjoyed our stay at the Aqua Vista and are planning on staying there again next time we head up to the sunny coast. It is highly recommended and only a short distance to the beach and shops but still in a nice location so it is not too busy and noisy. The managers and staff do a wonderful job and it was a pleasure to stay there. You made our holiday very luxurious.

Booked in last minute with my partner for a Valentines Day weekend. Had a 3 night stay and was an absolutely lovely resort, staff were friendly, close to the beach and nearby shops. Will definitely be back!

Aqua Vista is absolute bliss. Both Eric and Tanya run a very luxurious and relaxed resort, every single time I stay there the experience is always the same, brilliant!! Rooms and amenities are always kept to the highest standard. You know you've arrived at the right place as soon as you walk in the glass doors, the stress just melts away instantly. I will continue to bring the family back annually as it is also located in the perfect spot, close enough to all sites and restaurants without the noise or hustle and bustle. Perfect!!!!

Aqua vista are amazing apartments great pool spa area great location sea view from some apartments stayed there many times my happy place, staff are lovely and helpful.

Loved this hotel, it might sound weird but the smell of the lobby alone made me love this place. I stayed on the 5th floor apartment facing the beach and even though there might be 2 hotels in front the view is great. The facilities inside the hotel are amazing i.e. Gym, pool/spa and massage. Staff are lovely and helped us with every question I might have had. Apartments are Clean and kept up to date with utilities. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone wanting to stay, and if you have that extra bit of money stay in the penthouse... amazing.

A great visit had a weekend here up from Victoria for a month in the Resort style living friendly staff and great service great prices helpful in means of assisting with an overview of the weekly evets around the surrounding neighborhoods and coastal communities as a daily planner to plan out your holiday day adventures in advance day by day. With a gymnasium sauna and a wonderful warm spa to climb into after a quick dip around 330pm as the sun is still warm and on both pool and spa. This picture says it all if not inviting.... many Thanks again coming back for sure. Wheelchair accessibility to the building with smooth ramp access into and around the complex to and fro ,the footpath.

Lovely property. 3 bedroom apartment was very clean and very airy with lots of natural light coming into the unit. Reception was pleasant and friendly. Very close to the beach.

Lovely stay at Aqua Vista, and Jennie was very hospitable and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable, with a great view out towards the ocean.

The amazing 3 story penthouse at Aqua Vista made my week of working from Maroochydore more like a holiday. Amazing views in almost every direction, super fast internet for work, and just such a relaxing atmosphere. An amazing beach across the road. Perfect for an early morning swim or long walk, and the private rooftop spa was the best way to end a busy day.

We had a a wonderful 7 night stay at Aqua Vista over the new year holidays. The complex is modern fresh, clean and tidy. The common areas were definately clean and the pool very swimmable - we have small children who loved the pool - especially the large shallow area which allowed them more freedom. The complex is conveniently located walking distance to the patrolled beach and the cotton tree shops, there is also a fantastic little coffee shop - the milk bar downstairs which does fantastic coffee and amazing cookies - they are to die !!!!!

The rooms are modern, spacious and clean and great views of the river and beach (depending on your floor).

I would definatly recommend Aqua Vista to friends and family and we will be returning again for our next holiday !!

Edwin and Deborah the new managers are so lovely and more than accommodating, they made everything a breeze and were more than happy to assist with any queries :)

We were married at the Maroochydore Surf Club and the hotel room was part of the package. The early check in was appreciated and the whole day was fantastic. We were able to walk back to to our motel at midnight after the dancing finished. Debora was a very welcoming host and was possibly even more excited about my wedding day than I was, haha.

Aqua Vista is a great place to stay, great value for prices, rooms are clean and fresh with a perfect view. I like how my car was under cover secure lock up, and the lobby always had a refreshing smell as you walked in. Will stay here again

Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and really made the experience one to remember ! Apartment room was ridiculously large and came full of utensils which was perfect! Cannot reccomend the aqua vista enough, will 110% be staying here again !

Professional & friendly onsite managers Deb & Edwin made us feel welcome & at home immediately. What a great way to start our 3 day break & WOW the room was amazing with beautiful views over Alex Heads to Mooloolaba as well as looking back over the Maroochy River. A short walk to Cotton tree for a swim, coffee & great shops. After a tough day out we only had to go right next door for a great Japanese restaurant. What an amazing place to stay & can't wait for our next stay at Aqua Vista
