This is a beautiful day spa, Had an amazing experience. The ladies here know how to spoil you. Me and my partner had the most relaxing massages we have had in a very long time. Worth every penny. Amazing! 8th feb 2024

Overall all staff and facility excellent!!!
Will endeavour to make a return trip up to North Queensland and definitely revisit VIE SPA.

What an incredible experience - Chelsea sent me off into a wonderful world of bliss where all my stresses disappeared.
She was professional, welcoming and skilful.
The whole experience was beautiful - the welcome, changing into a robe - leaving my everyday clothes and worries locked in a cupboard, being brought to the clean, spacious treatment room, the heavenly massage and then the cone down back to earth with a hot herbal tea and cold sorbet. It was just magical. Thank you Vie! And just to add to the amazingness was a 20% discount for locals. How can you pass that up?

Had a beautiful day today with my daughter. We both had massages & exfoliating. I have to say it was the best we have ever had. So relaxing. Thankyou to the two staff, absolutely outstanding an so professional. 👌🌺🌸

Absolutely amazing! Chelsea did a fantastic job to help release tension and stress. Her soft hands, perfect pressure with the IKOU products and peppermint muscle relief spray did the magic. It was one of those massages where you are off in a different world and don't want to be woken up to. At the end of it was a de stress tea, prosecco with a spoonful of lychee sorbet (absolutely to die for). Pricey, but worth it.

My husband and I just had a couples massage and it was incredible! Shari and Gwen were amazing, they listened to our problem areas, were so attentive and the experience was phenominal. Brian and I left feeling wonderful, thank you 🙂

Had an absolutely amazing experience. Had a couple's Aroma Fusion session and the ladies who looked after us were fantastic. I've never felt better leaving a spa and would absolutely come here again.

Jordan is the best

Even though my gift voucher was out of date, it was honoured. Receptionist was friendly, lockers were tidy but I'm not sure about the robe or the thongs. I had the Sole Revival treatment. Would have loved a longer soak and a longer massage. Therapist was very considerate of my ticklish feet and when I requested certain things, that was honoured. Overall a good experience.

My partner and I went for a massage the day before we left Port Douglas and honestly, for the price we paid, it was not worth it. we paid $290 for 2 massages, both asked to get knots out of our backs. My partner had an okay experience but when I asked for more pressure (as the masseuse was only gently rubbing and tickling my feet) she refused. When I complained to the manager she too spoke back to me and made me feel like my complaint was not valid even though a paying customer had a bad experience. After some back and forth heated discussion, I was only received a 50% discount of just my massage. Some advice, don't let the receptionist massage you if you want more than just a back stroke. Also, if the massage is bad, then i suggest to walk out and not finish it to ensure you don't have to pay as this is what the manager said I should have done to receive a full refund. We also made the mistake of paying at the spa. Do NOT let them fool you, you do NOT have to pay then and there, they can charge it to your room so make sure you do that. The amazing people at the front desk of the pullman will assist you with any complaint. Do not waste your time complaining to the manager at the Spa, she would not take you seriously.

Called multiple times to try and book for a couples spa worth over $400, and left 3 voicemail messages over 3 separate days detailing my request to be booked in at their earliest convenience, as well as called and left a message to the front desk at Pullman Resort. Never received a call back in the 7 days I was at the resort, and am now glad I didn't waste my money on a business that is either understaffed or unable to communicate.
