A huge shout out to the awesome team at Maroochy Surf Club, Timmy for giving approval for functions, Chris for having the best promotions, as well as his assurance that everything will turn out on the day. Tani and Crystal for always being there to help as well as having such great personalities, Kenny who was our chauffeur and always joins in the conversations, no matter how much rubbish we talk especially on our way home.
Everyone had such a great time (especially one oldie who thought she was back in her twenties 🥴🥴🥴)
Thanks also to the crew on the boat who joined in.
Last but not least the wonderful group who were lucky enough to enjoy this amazing day.

Meals were huge, everyone was stuffed. Great atmosphere, we got a fabulous table with a view of the ocean. The music was good too, had the crowd entertained.

Great views great food. Just the time to go. Easter is busy with tourists.

How lucky are Queenslanders to have gorgeous surf clubs to visit. Top spots, beautiful views. Best calamari I've ever had.

Beautiful setting with a stunning panoramic view of Maroochy Beach. Plenty of photos of all the old members in their gay days posted around the club house, taking you back in time!

Great view , excellent lunch menu. Love coming here for lunch, always great atmosphere, quick service and good specials.
Definitely a Sunshine Coast icon.
Parking can be a hassle, but the view from the restaurant is worth it.

Wow had a great experience with our booked group of 30. Jodie was brilliant to deal with the kitchen team made lovely hot meals and were very efficient at getting out meals out considering a busy Saturday lunch time . Thank you my Gluten free meal was delicious. Great menu options

Lovely views of the beach as you enjoy lunch or a cup of coffee. Coffee and snack venue on the beach evel with a full bistro inside the club.
Meals were good value, freshly prepared and the service was friendly and prompt.

Great eastern views directly over the beautiful sandy beach, basically unobstructed, friendly staff, great selection of beers and wines and good value taaty food selections. They also have excellent seniors specials if you are old enough to appreciate them.

Really enjoyed our dinner here on New Years Day 2022. Visiting family staying in the area, it was convenient to walk to. Really enjoyed our meals which were generous portions at reasonable prices, even for non members. Staff were very friendly and helpful and provided great service.

Always 5* ocean view, nature how can you not give it 5* ppl's. Such a busy place Sunshine Coast. I love to come here to walk along the beach 1st thing in the morning 🌄, it's a Awesome way to start your day.

Great Locatiin, always busy and meals well priced. They even cater for elderly by having a Seniors Menu!

As always, staff are so nice and professional. Views are awesome and facilities include a courtesy bus. Highly recommend a visit.

The Maroochy Surf Club is ideally located right on the foreshore at Maroochydore.

This historic surf club has everything that people enjoying a seaside holiday or living in this beautiful part of the Sunshine Coast can enjoy a meal or a cool drink just watching the surf roll in or the sunset over the ocean.

Covid-19 restrictions are no longer in place, with the club being back to normal operations.

Onsite parking is limited with a small carpark next to the Surf Club.
There is street parking in & around the local streets, but check to see if it is metered parking 😉

A short walking distance from the main part of Maroochy Surf Club is the Cotton Tree Caravan Park & a short distance further down the road is Alexandra Headland.

This particular Surf Club is steeped in history & has many past champions who excelled in the surfing competitions in Australia & the world surfing circuit.

Clint Robinson is one famous local identity who represented Australia at a number of Olympic Games in rowing.

There is a lift on the ground level for people with a disability or anyone who wishes to use this facility.

I went upstairs for a meal & found the pizza to be everything to my liking.

Excellent menu which caters to everyone's tastes including people with special dietary requirements.

There are bar facilities on level 1 which have a great selection of craft beers & wine & spirits available 😀

Overall, I found the staff in the restaurant & at reception to be more than happy to assist you with any queries & make sure that you're at this fine establishment a most relaxing stay.

There are fantastic views from the main restaurant & bar area's of the ocean, beach area ⛱ & Alexandra Headland.

It was definitely worth the drive up from Brisbane to enjoy a great meal & relaxing time at Maroochydore.

Amazing views at this surf club, along with a decent food offering and friendly service. Tucked into a Queenslander schnitzel, I'm not going to drop points for the use of pineapple 😉 club has a small kids club to keep the little ones occupied - there's even a screen in the dining area to show you what the kids are up to while you relax.

All staff here are so friendly and helpful. The meals are excellent. Thank you guys we all really enjoyed. Again. 👍

Stopped by for a Barra dinner. Food was excellent. Price was more than reasonable and the outlook to the beach was fantastic. Returning again for lunch very soon.

The service, atmosphere and food were great!
