What fabulous service from Terry and his team at TAPS. The communication at all times was excellent, Terry showed up when he said he would and dealt with our issues promptly and expertly. He answered all our stupid questions politely and professionally. Very good value for his services as well. Would definitely recommend and we will be using TAPS again.

first time useing TA plumber found them to be easy to deal with and up front about costs, i would use them again and recommend them.
we had another plumber come around and wanted to rip up some decking and start digging trenchs etc, i passed on him.
once TA plumbing had a look, it was just a blocked sewer drain, fixed in an hour and all problems gone, very honest people to deal with.

Even though they were hired by my neighbour, I observed how hard the 3 of them worked ALL day. (10 hours!!) along with the bobcat driver Mark. Head plumber Terry was very helpful to me with how we could get a win win situation with my neighbour. He was very professional. He took pre photos of my land before and ensured that it was left similarly when they left.

Fantastic service. Terry resolved an issue with our underground pit and storm water. As promised, he was on site to inspect the issue and quote for the job . Once we placed the order, he stuck to our tight timeline and completed the job and went beyond the scope of works to ensure the job was completed successfully on time.
The site was also left spotless after digging the new pit.
We would use them again for our next project

Terry and his team came to look at some problems we were having with drainage from a number of our sinks. They quickly analysed where the blockages were occurring and removed the the cause of the blockages cleanly and without fuss. Drainage now perfect thanks to T& A plumbing.
