We came here to have some brunch i had croissant with poached eggs and bacon - it was perfect,my husband had beef burger. He wasnt really satisfied because the burger was a bit small and not so juicy, but otherwise tasted good. He tried also 2 kind of beers on tap which tasted great.

Mickey (Micky, sorry not sure on the spelling) absolutely made my visit. They were extremely kind, attentive and even took time to have a few little yarns to me while I ate and had my breakfast. Delays aren’t fun at any airport but Mickey was a delight to have as my server. Thank you for letting me colour in, you’re a legend!

Sarah is the BEST mixologist in Australia… I said what I said! Best Bloody Mary I have ever had since living in Australia for the past 20years! Jordan is a service with a smile….. Thank you for looking after us guys! Highly recommend

Sarah and Dan looked after us very well; and they both make fantastic cocktails of exactly equivalent quality and appearance.

Dined in before my flight back home, was greated amazing and was served some incredible food and drinks by the staff.

Did have an issue with the chefs not following instructions, having to have our meal sent back 3 times to be corrected.

But was instantly fixed by the lovely Sarah B. She is absolutely amazing! 10/10 service. I could not fault any issues thanks to Sarah.

I will be definitely stopping past again when I fly through.

I have had a great experience here!! The staff are a great vibe, food was fast and delicious! Torrence(I hope I spelt it correctly) made us feel welcome instantly! We couldnt be more happier with the experience 😊😊

Dan is the best!! Great service, smiling all the time. Hot chicken wing is also very tasty and great pair with Japanese lager😎

Was able to get a decent coffee and breakfast at 11:00am and after being awake and working since 4:00am without either of the above mentioned was super grateful. The service at the counter was absolutely unexpected and thank you to Lily who read the situation and made ordering a simple and straightforward experience despite allergies. Lilly thank you again you are an absolute asset to this business and they are very lucky to have you. Great to see genuine and great customer service still exist. Thanks you again.

The service was amazing, the girls who were on today were fast and efficient. Really listened to my order. It’s a great place to chill and relax before catching my flight. Would definitely recommend dropping by here! They also have charger points for cables to charge and multiple seating options.

Food was fresh and yummy. Service was fast and staff happy smiling. It is the little things like the smiley faces on the cup lids. And replacing a cup of tea that was supposed to be black but had milk. And not a problem. Great service guys

Service was incredible, and food/drinks way better than what you would expect from an airport.
Was very interesting talking to one of the staff Sarah about her experience working in the Hungarian special forces. You would never have guessed that behind that welcoming smile were the eyes of a stone cold killer, bringer of atrocities I wouldn’t dare speak of in a simple google review; but it goes to show, you should never judge a book by its cover.

Great coffee and delicious food! Awesome way to fuel the day ready for travelling. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient especially Natayla and Ray.

I travel a lot and love this place. Comfy seating, usually great service (just the one exception with is amazing) and prices that don’t leave me feeling violated.
With air travel a nightmare this is a sanctuary in BNE.
