I returned some dog beds that became unfit for purpose after four days of purchase. All of the staff were great during this process and eager to help. I really appreciated the manager Peter going out of his way to offer an alternative, including putting together the raised stands for me.

9/10 - Great staff, great products, a little pricey compared to online options, but the quality of their range is great.

Not super cheap but they do carry an excellent range of products, and you can tell they choose a high quality range and variety.

I was on my 3rd cat tree / condo for my cat (she just shreds them, and decided to spend the extra $400) and get a quality one they had there to see if it made a difference.

It's definitely held up well, the quality is superior to most and it provides a good height, that's wobble free/isn't going to fall when a crazy cat jumps on it from a few meters away.

I had also purchased a contained litter box from them in the past and it's going on 3 years strong now without any problems (again wasn't the cheapest at $140 but quality is there).

Friendly staff and very helpful. Go the extra mile to get you what you want.

Very helpful young guy, gave good advice and carried the heavy pet food! Always a good visit at caloundra petbarn.

Click and collect along with staff are great. Carpark access is a nightmare.

Have a good variety of good quality pet food and litter. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. They also have a loyalty program that is worthwhile being in. Lots of pet toys available and a dog wash room.

Everyone working there is very nice and informed.
