Just had exceptional service from Marty & Dave at this store!
Keep up the great work, it's great to walk into somewhere and be greeted straight away with a smile.
It's hard to find great customer service, but these 2 have it!

Was served today by Matt - outstanding service . He fixed an issue with a door buzzer that we'd bought previously. Really honest of him as I was ready to purchase a whole new set up at a cost of over $200, which I didn't end up needing .

First time I've ever shopped at Jaycar. The guys at Caloundra are brilliant! Great customer service and they really know what they're on about and won't mislead you like the others.

We had a great customer experience here with Sean. He assisted us in buying a Brass Monkey Fridge. He was very generous and also let us know about the membership program which helps us build points/keep track of receipts and warranty concerns.

I thought it only fair to leave a positive review among the negative ones. I just went to Jaycar Caloundra to purchase a lapel microphone which I only had slight knowledge about. Bryce, the sales assistant who served me was really friendly and helpful. He took the product out of the bag and let me test how it recorded on my own phone and even flicked through a catalogue to find the right adaptor I needed to use the mic in my phone's headphone jack. I'm very happy with my purchase and am happy to let Jaycar Caloundra and Bryce know that they did a great job helping me out today.
