Big thanks to the lovely lady who helped get a trailer coupling I urgently needed for my camper, had it for me in 24hrs, great service.

As soon as I went in, someone helped me to find what I was looking for, good prices, plenty of parking, what's not to like.

Unbelievable service & prices for 1 of my Holden LS V8 AUTOS had everything on counter waiting for me to get there all was in stock & worked out around $200 cheaper than anywere else.Staff know there stock helpfully in everyday theres huge variety more than imaginable in every brand.Have nothing to fault thanks repco caloundra you went above & beyond.

Sometimes when calling a retail store it’s a bit of a lottery in terms of the customer service one is about to receive.
I called Repco Caloundra and got Ben. Immediately it was evident I was dealing with an upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable advisor. Ben has that rare ability to make the customer feel like the only customer in the world. He’s blessed with great active listening skills, a passion for the product, and a refreshing sense of humour.

Ben made my enquiry feel completely taken care of by getting the product for me off the shelf. He went a step further by hearing my frustrations from struggling that morning trying to install a lightbulb off a different vehicle, by saving my the potential frustration all over again and installed it for me as well as ensured it was working correctly before I left. Absolute legend and genuinely kind! It's not that hard to display old school customer service and Ben reminded me that it still exists! Cheers dude!

Kaleb was amazing and super helpful with getting a radiator for a falcon sorted. Did a great deal. Was in stock and he made us feel like it was no trouble at all.

Well laid out store with a comprehensive range of quality products. Staff that are professional and friendly and know their product lines. Easy access, clearly visible from main road and plently of parking. Walk to Bunnings, Bob Jane Tmarts and Jaycar Electronics. Many complimentary motor and tool business are in this area either walking or short drive. Use your RACQ membership card to receive a substantial discount on many products.
