We have recently had carpet installed in our 3 bedrooms and lounge room. Greg and Abbey have been absolutely amazing to deal with from the beginning, explaining types of carpet, taking samples home, choosing carpet to suit our budget and organising installation dates. Nothing was a problem for them, as we needed to split the days up to lay carpet in each room. We are extremely happy with our new carpet, thankyou so much! We had Jeremy for the installation and he was an absolute delight to deal with as well and did an amazing job, thankyou so much to Jeremy as well! A wonderful team!

Over the past year, we undertook a major renovation project at our home in Buderim which involved re-flooring the whole house. We initially searched for businesses around the area and through word of mouth from another supplier were recommended to contact Greg from Impact Floors as we were advised he was the best in the business and best suited for our project. Our project as a whole was not simple and had many speed bumps along the way external to Impact Floors, however both Greg and Abbey were always there to support with optimism and flexible solutions to every speedbump that we came across. As first time renovators, Greg provided advice, 100% upfront transparency and even lent us some of his own tools when we had the wrong ones. Both Greg & Abbey provided great customer service that you struggle to find these days. The installation team Mike & Pete were extremely professional, meticulous with their work, respectful of our home and privacy and left us with a home we are extremely excited to call ours. We can not thank the team at Impact Floors enough for the end result they have provided us. I would have no hesitation what so ever recommending them to anyone looking to undertake a project with them.

Wow well what can I say! Impact Floors really have a FANTASTIC range of high quality flooring products and absolutely AMAZING customer service and such friendly advice! We have personally known Abbey and Greg for quite some time and their attention to detail, knowledge of the various product types and advice is sooooo helpful for homing in on the flooring that suited us the best. They also stock the full range of solid engineered timber flooring colours in the best and highest quality brands available, and encouraged us to take the samples home. This way we could be certain we had seen all of the colour options available since the real products differ a bit from the brochure images. In the end we were thrilled to choose a solid oak option that we just love. In addition they have all the trim colours and underlay options available to purchase at the same time and the best price and delivery timings from their suppliers. I could not recommend them higher!

All staff were friendly and professional to deal with. After we picked the colour we wanted, Abbey said she would check with the supplier as they had limited colours available due to the floods in New Zealand. She got back to me within a couple of hours, so we could chose a different colour.
It was great that she told me straight up front about the colour, rather than not providing the truth about a potential delay in laying of the carpet just to get a sale.
They were also a lot cheaper than one of the other big carpet companies.
We will be back when we get the floating floors.
