The Beach Houses

Stayed there for 9 nights the owners were very pleasant friendly and helpful it was clean and quiet. The only thing was no lift so all cases had to be carried upstairs. The pool is small, clean and refreshing not enough sun chairs. I would recommend a stay here......

My husband and I spent the weekend here and we were so impressed with the helpful, friendly staff that prides themselves on cleanliness.
We didn't need to drive anywhere as the hotel is situated close to shops, beach and Moochydore surf Club.
My husband and I were so impressed that we re booked the ocean view room for a week as a wedding gift for our friends honeymoon.
I highly recommend this hotel, it's a secret gem.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartments are very comfortable, clean and exceptionally well equipment with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The stunning Maroochydore beach and surf club are a 2 min walk and there is plenty to see & do with Noosa and Mooloolaba either side. Our hosts Sharon & Al were outstanding and very helpful as well, we will definitely be coming back!

Great hosts- . Great location. Spacious, clean apartments. Comfy beds with clean crisp linen. Well equipped kitchen. Our second stay abs we will definitely stay here again.

The owner was very welcoming. She gave me the run down on good restaurants in the local area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Wow such a good night sleep

What a pleasant surprise, the rooms were lovely clesn and comfortable.
The views of the ocean from every room were a pleasant surprise and so relaxing.
Shopping centre nearby had everything you need, no need for a car with a bus stop right out front.
The little cafe on the corner made the best coffee and great brekky.

Great accommodations close to beach short walk to river and cute Cotton Tree village. The apartments are clean. Beds are comfy with crips cosy linens. The kitchen well appointed for self sufficiency and cooking and there is also great bbq area. And of course there is Bruce the dog as lovely as his owners who manage the appartments. Will stay again and again and wholeheartedly recommend.

Fantastic hotel with OCEAN VIEWS in the heart of Maroochydore and Cotton Tree. Super central and kept clean throughout the stay. Affordable prices makes it easy for large families to afford! Staff are very lovely and accomodating, would definitely stay here again!

The beach houses maroochydore was one of the best holidays my family and i have had for a while, cosy and welcoming for all the pool made for a relaxing afternoon and the apartments were clean comfy and big. Truly one of the greatest hotels we’ve stayed at will be visiting again!!!

Great location so close to the beach! The apartments are very spacious and well appointed. Also they have unlimited free wifi which was great for the kids! Will absolutely be visiting again.

You cant beat the location. Alan and Sharon do a fantastic job managing and maintaining The Beach Houses. Many repeat clientel, so best to book well in advance. Highly recommended.

Very clean, practical units. Managers very helpful. Well maintained, good parking, central. Nice Quiet stay. Reccomened.

Great location and the units I've stayed in are maintained to a high standard. Wi-Fi isn't so great if you're on the higher floors.
