Before being referred to Rick I was nearly bald from tearing my hair out with frustration and nearly broke from paying other "IT Techs" a fortune only to find I had been hoodwinked. My computer was a mess! Rick found that there were so many unnecessary programmes running and so much accessible private information available that could be used without my knowing. As soon as I explained the perceived problems on my laptop he was on to them straight away. He removed everything that was not necessary for my needs. He understood everything I was saying and more importantly was very patient with this "golden oldie" who doesn't understand very much about IT stuff. Then to top it off he charged what I thought was a very reasonable rate as I had paid many hundred dollars only a couple of weeks ago to have my laptop checked out. He gave my laptop a complete service remotely over the phone. Amazing! He made sure that the directions he gave me were clearly understood and I I now will be able to use them easily. A HUGE thank you Rick, and a huge thank you to my daughter who runs a couple of businesses and recommended Rick's expertise to me. Cannot recommend Rick highly enough. He is the only person I call when I need help with my computers. I recently replaced a work computer and Rick made sure it was optimised and secure. He helped me with installing Outlook and other programs, got rid of the unneccessary ones and set up automatic back ups to multiple cloud services. It would have taken me all day to work out how to do all this but Rick had it done within an hour. On top of this, his fees are very reasonable.

Rick from The Help Desk was terrific! My computer was having issues on start up, which Rick fixed and then also installed Microsoft office on there as-well. Rick was very polite and had great communication skills to help me understand how my computer operates, as before I wasn’t very educated on computers.

I was blown away at how fast I was able to book in my computer with Rick, which was totally dead, wouldn't even turn on, and my life is on this thing. Not only did he have my computer up and running for me that same day, but he taught me so much about the different options I have to backup my work and even spent the time to teach it to me as well.. talk about service! fast and thorough service. had a hard drive with issues and went to a big name store, was told he couldn't fix it. Got in contact with Rick, didn't give any promises but was confident enough to look at it. Rick fixed the issues, and great pricing.

Rick has saved me time, money and my sanity! I'm now more productive and can get more done in a day, as well as have better quality Zoom calls with my clients. He freed up space on my hard drive, tweaked a whole bunch of settings and deleted programs and apps that were running in the background and slowing everything down on my laptop. Thank you Rick !

Needed IT support urgently while holidaying in Cottontree recently. On contact Rick Piccinich arrived within the hour and promptly turned our laptop from a sick old 4 cylinder Corolla to a V8 Commodore. He explained, in laymans terms,what he was doing and why. Ive used Rick for a few years now to help me whenever I have computer or technology issues. This time he helped me connect my new smartphone & ipad wirelessy to my modem. HE also helped me reset my gmail email password, this was all done by remotely from his office, it was awesome! Thanks very much Rick
