We highly recommend FAA property as we have received excellent service in the purchase and rental management of our investment properties. Kayla and her team have been outstanding in finding tenants and managing our property from a rental/maintenance perspective. The staff are very professional, honest, efficient and have excellent knowledge in property. Also they also care about their tenants needs and issues.

FAA Property look after our investment properties. Kayla and the team are AMAZING!!!. They handle everything from sourcing great tenants to arranging property maintenances and MORE!!. Kayla was exceptional in dealing with the insurance company when we had to put in a claim. She knew exactly what and how to complete all the relevant paperwork and we were fully reimbursed by the insurance company. Eternally grateful and happy.

moved into a property managed by FAA. on the day i moved in grass was knee high. air conditioners were very dirty and covered in mould. first time using the oven the electrical wires caught fire, almost 8 weeks later we still don't have an oven.

Would not recommend. They managed a brand new house for us. Initially, FAA was very professional to work with but this changed after approximately one year.

They approved the tenant (without seeking our permission) to go ahead with an action that was strictly against the provisions of the contract. They did not follow up with checks on the property in relation to breaches in a timely manner. They allowed the tenants to get a month behind on rent without any action. In the end, the property manager was not taking or returning our calls or emails to discuss our concerns.

When transitioning to a new property management company, they too had difficulties receiving the information that they required.

If I could with would be a 0 star review. FAA property is the worst Real Estate we have ever used to rent. They don’t communicate, and when they do, give you misleading information. I would live in a tent before using FAA property again.
