The Duporth Riverside

I booked four luxury apartments at The Duporth Riverside for a reunion of family and friends on the Sunshine Coast. It was a great choice, because of the excellent location near shops and restaurants, large, clean apartments with outstanding river/ocean views, beautiful pool, spa, sauna and helpful, friendly service. My friends and family had a truly enjoyable stay at The Duporth Riverside. A big thank you.

This is an absolutely amazing place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The view is stunning the apartment was fabulous and the view spectacular. The apartment had everything you could ever want and need in it. We will definitely be back to visit

I can’t fault The Duporth Riverside. Everything was perfect, very comfortable and clean. The pool area is stunning, all interactions with reception and David were excellent, and even the other guests I crossed paths with were friendly. The location could not be better, with so many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the view from my balcony was just lovely. I’d definitely return for another stay.

This is our 3rd stay here so obviously we like it! View is amazing, I can fish off the jetty, the pool is a great temperature. The cleanliness of the units and surrounds is perfect. We stayed 5 nights this time and never took the car out of the garage as the restaurants and Woolworths are all within walking distance. We plan on going back early in 2024.

I stay here annually for Sunshine Coast Masters Soccer and well I cannot fault. The views over looking the Maroochydore River and the ocean are outstanding! Their facilities (big lap pool with heated spa and with the same amazing views, gym and steam room) are all immaculate sided with the cutest herb garden in the pool area 🍃 Location is prime, walking distance to coffee shops, places to eat and drink, even 6 min walk to The Sunshine Coast Plaza for all your retail therapy needs!

This Duporth Riverside is more upmarket than most and is situated next to the Tavern and an easy 100 metre walk to bottleshop, woolies, and restaurants.
It's right on the river and a short walk to the beach.
The pool and spa are heated, and there's a small gym.
The manager, David, is very welcoming and will help you with any enquiries.

This place is amazing in every way. The staff are very nice and nothing was a bother. The view is the best you would ever get anywhere. The apartments are huge with plenty of room bed was comfortable. The pool area is so clean and the heated pool and spa was amazing. Be no need to have a car It has Supermarket across the road and a big shopping centre 5 min walk. Plenty of dining options at the door step. Would not hesitate to .stay again.

We've been coming to the Duporth Riverside Hotel for 3 years as our family holiday, we will continue to do so as our little family loves it. Great apartments and our daughter loves the pool areas

This accommodation has to be one of the most amazing places we have stayed at yet. The view from the apartments was impeccable, and the location to everything was fantastic. It felt like being home away from home as the apartments had thought of everything. There was a place for the kids to hang out, view a balcony for mum, and my husband was able to enjoy the footy with fox. The apartments were in incredible condition, and the staff were so helpful. This is a magnificent property, immaculate inside and out, wonderful pool and spas again impeccable. Our unit was beautiful with stunning views. Property was quiet and in a great location within walking distance of so much. Secure easy undercover parking. Tony and Isabella were so friendly and helpful with great restaurant recommendations. Nothing was a problem for them. A highly recommended property. We will definitely return.

Beautiful place to stay. Big rooms with nice furniture. Fully self contained with anything you could possibly need. Pool was beautiful. Very clean. I could not fault this place. We will definitely visit again.

The duporth is the perfect apartment to stay at, the views were amazing we watched the sunset and sunrise each day. The perfect view standing in the living room, kitchen and the main bedroom. Kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook when staying. The apartment had lovely furniture, lovely decor. The pool is heated and has beautiful views of the river. Walking distance to lots of different restaurants, lift access and supermarket close by this has everything you need.

Stayed here with a group of friends, we had two rooms and both were lovely with beautiful views. Nice and close to Ocean Street. Reception were also very friendly and helpful.

The Duporth is an amazing place to stay. We rented a two bedroom apartment on the 9th floor. We could spend the whole day watching the comings and goings on the Maroochy River. The location is amazing as everything is walkable - groceries, kids activities, the river, the surf, restaurants, coffee. No car needed.

The apartment is really spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, with a large fridge.

Management are doing an excellent job, keeping the apartment complex really tidy and well maintained, and the pool is a standout with an amazing view of the river and the ability to do laps, if so inclined.

The only downside to our stay is the noise that emanates from the apartments above and next door. If you are a light sleeper, definitely bring earplugs.

We can definitely recommend staying here. It is a slice of heaven. My husband has told me he never wants to leave….

We had a wonderful time in the perfect spot in the building. Gorgeous views and very quiet. No road noise and very close to all conveniences and shops and restaurants. We are planning to return in the new year asap. Linen change mid visit much appreciated and done for us. Everyone very helpful and Tony the Manager is the right person for the job.

I was not sure what to expect apart from a single room as I travelled alone , but upon arrival I was informed I was in a 5rh floor 3 bed apartment with amazing water views ! Privately owned apartment which had absolutely everything you would need for a lengthy stay for up to 6 people ! Fully equipped kitchen , 2 bathrooms ( ensuite& walk in robe ) . Best holiday apartment stay I could have asked for for the $$ ! Staff were friendly and very accommodating, Tony even helped me sort out the Foxtel !

We have enjoyed staying at the Duporth on a number of occasions over a few years. One of the most pleasing aspects is that "the management" of the facility has improved from what was already a good base to an even more professional and well-run set up.

Really a great pleasure to stay here!
