Had Ben come over and perform a demonstration of the Kirby system. Amazingly friendly and kind individual and made sure to demonstrate the device well. 5 stars all round

I worked for these people for almost 18 months. Consistently made sales (as the kirby is the best) and made decent money while doing so. In fact I got to go on several holidays with the company as I achieved the sales goals they set, places like Vanuatu and Hamilton island.

While actually working I saw more of Queensland that I ever had before.

It is a great job if you work hard and like to travel.

Worked here several months all up. Had to take a trip to Canada for a few months out of the blue due to a very sick family member and returned to be asked if I was happy to keep working there. Very appreciated as good jobs are hard to come by on the Coast. Office was always a fun and positive place to be. Very family oriented with everyone looking out for each other. Everyone always trying to help others be their best both in and out of the work place. Very happy to have worked at Queensland Homecare!

I worked here for almost a year, in the time i was there not only did i fall in love with the kirby and all of its attachments and how much easier it can make cleaning but i also won a brand new kirby at convention thingy that all of our team attended. Selling kirbys was always fun, i met alot of people that had some amazing storys to tell. Before i started selling kirbys i knew nothing about sales and didnt have much people skills but i now run my own business and i believe that if it wasnt for kirby i wouldnt be where i am today.

We originally requested a service for our 26 year old Gen 3 Kirby.
Engineer Andy did such a great job, we decided on the spot to upgrade to the Avalir2.

The lady who owns this company helped me out in a way no one ever has before when I was in a real desperate place, actually the whole team that works there banned together to fully furnish my home after a brutal breakup with my partner who took everything. I think your view is distorted and sounds like you clearly judged the whole company and business based on your very very short stay of what, 3 days. The products been around for over 100 years. My second family

Brought the kirby, love the kirby, only thing I don't love is the service.
Had to chase up missing bits as not all were delivered, also got told a week later that apparently I don't get all the bits that are in the deluxe package that I thought I was getting.
I told the lady I wanted everything the whole package. Selected all the packages provided.only to be told after I signed the paper and paid and this was 2weeks later, I had to buy some separately which doesn't make sense when the lady said by selecting all the packages you will get them all, you get all the bits you see here today.

Several weeks later I needed more product and contacted homecare. The lady took my card details and never proscessed the order. I waited 7days without no knowledge of this then contacted homecare back because none contacted me. I then had to redo the order and give card details again and wait another 9days for my products to arrive.
I receive parcels from the same destination 1-2 days so 9days made no sense.

Just a month ago they sent me a message saying they see on my account that I haven't purchased no products or anything and wondering how my new machine was going...I'm not even going to waste my time on answering that txt back..
I wonder why??
Never again. I just order my stuff online now and not through homecare queensland.

This company's representitive knocked at our door and offered a free carpet / mattress clean and states they do this to advertise their cleaning service, no strings attached. Do not fall victim to this, they come into your house, set up all their equipment and only demonstrates their products (which works very well, no doubt) just to try and sell you their products. 2h30min later, you decide not to buy their product and their demeanor changes drastically! Could not get these guys out of my home quick enough!

Nothing is free in Australia! So I called for cancel my appointment, but the guy still turned up.
