The Good Feet Store - Maroochydore

Very grateful to have been assisted in the good life store by Frances. She was kind and importantly helped me to achieve what I really needed at the time.
I'm very happy with the products and the service provided and look forward to moving forward literally better.

Orthotics have been present most of my life, except when I used high heels as an adult. I never noticed what difference they made, other than being expensive and awkward to wear. In the last 20 years, every time I got up it felt as if crashed glass was rubbed on top of my feet. It also affected my right knee badly, so I am always in some degree of pain.

Yesterday, I saw the Good Feet Store as I parked my car. I decided to check out what they offered to manage feet and knee pain. I had an assessment done on my feet there and then. The images of my feet showed why I felt so much pain.

To my surprise, I did not have to wait 2 weeks for the arch supports. In fact, Frances brought them within a few minutes. And, I had a choice of various arch supports that I could wear according to what I want to achieve.
Amazingly, I could use the arch supports with sandals and even thongs!!!

When I first tried them I noticed an EXTRAORDINARY difference, they were not awkward to wear; they felt natural, I felt taller, as they seemed to align my spine, upper legs and lower legs. My feet pain went down to almost feeling painless. And so did my knee, no pain!! And most AMAZINGLY! My toes that were curling before, they straightened up!!! Ohh my goodness!.. I thought, why haven’t I found you before!!!

I highly recommend the Good Feet Store, give them a go. The arch supports have made a radical difference in my feet and knee discomfort. I do not feel pain in my knee any longer, and the excruciating pain in my feet was brought down to almost an imperceptible level. Onwards and upwards now. Thank you, thank you Good Feet Store!!

Helen was lovely and very patient in explaining everything about the shoe supports, and my feet have never been more comfortable!

The products they sold me work well, and are still helping. I've been wearing stage 1 & stage 2 arch supports for almost 1 week now for about 98% of the time. I wear stage 1 when I'm in shoes all day, and stage 2 in thongs and around the home. Even though the stage 1 arch supports were a bit uncomfortable at first, they are just starting to feel comfortable so that I don't really notice that I'm wearing them. Also, I have not experienced any pain in my feet since I have been wearing them, and I can feel my feet slowly recovering, even though I am still spending the same amount of time on my feet each week. Very thankful for these products.

I was experiencing pain in my feet which then caused further pain in my knees as they compensated for the way I was walking. I had no idea what to expect from The Good Feet store. I went in and they were very friendly and helpful. Once I tried the supports in my shoes I was sold. I couldn't believe the difference. I felt a shift from my hips all the way to my feet.

After 3 months I started to experience pain again. I wasn't sure what to do and so I went back to The Good Feet store for advice. They reassessed my feet and changed my arch supports at no cost to me. My feet are happy again.

The products and most of all the customer service and follow up support from The Good Feet store is fantastic. They really do want what is best for you and your feet. It really is worth investing in your feet.

Life changing experience for me. Went from having to ice my knee 4-5 times a day to now never have too. The majority of symptoms have been taken away.
I did have an issue with my Brooke trainers which Brookes were not interested in warranting which is poor however the wonderful staff there (Amber and Francis) were extremely helpful and still replaced them for me. Outstanding service

Highly recommend, my back has been so good since wearing the supports. I didn't expect it to happen so quickly. No more waking up at night in discomfort and no more sore back when I get out of bed. These supports have made a huge difference. Worth every cent.

Claudia from The Good Feet Store is fantastic. She was very informative and everything she told me about the inserts was true. I am very happy with my "new" feet. I have no pain, can walk comfortably for long periods and I can feel my body aligning the way it should be. Makes life so much more enjoyable. Excellent service from staff. Results of purchasing good feet products almost instantaneous. Have been using the inserts in all my footwear. No longer have chronic pain in my knee. Am a newborn!! Has been a very good investment for my health.

The service and professionalism from Claudia was exceptional.
I was a very skeptical of the Arch Supports, but after having them now only 2 weeks I should have done it years ago, I have a bad back and a sore knee all the time, but now that I have started using these supports the pain relief was nearly instant.
