Absolutely amazing experience getting an MRI. The team were patient, calm & friendly.

I first went there in the late afternoon when it wasn’t busy, and then again in the morning and it was as busy as it gets with a big line up with 3 reception staff.

One of the most helpful, professional, well managed and super efficient businesses I have ever dealt with. In this long and scary health journey I'm on, a lot of businesses aren't kind to people struggling with brain issues. Xray & Imaging Maroochydore worked with me from Adelaide having to cancel several times for health reasons, chopping and changing times and flight issues etc. All with a smile and not making me feel stupid like many businesses do at the moment. Such a delight to see (front desk) staff having a nice time at work and getting along! There was an easy going atmosphere whilst still maintaining professional courtesies and showing care and consideration :).

Firstly, this review is not about the practise or the staffers who work there. It's about an attending physician. I had a procedure at this site, requiring a cortisone injection. The staffer who prepped me, advised that the dr performing the procedure was a man of few words and not to be offronted by his manner. They weren't wrong. What a rude, brusque individual this man is. And importantly, the procedure, which was a repeat from a few months ago (performed by another dr at another XRay imaging site) has had little effect, still in pain and I will probably have to get another referral for the same procedure...but will not go back to this branch for fear of getting this knobhead again. And, it hurt like hell, which was not my experience when I first had the same procedure done, the last time.

It remains workcover, provided all data yet medicares billed Ill have to pay for that not ok and I spent the time. Step up and do the data or not you make us accountable!!
