Colin’s specialty coffee, eats and treats

Absolutely hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. The steak sando especially was probably the best I’ve had in Brisbane! They also make a mean cup of matcha, slightly on the sweeter side with hints of vanilla bean. The barista and staff there were beyond helpful, I accidentally left my bag there and they waited for me to come back for me to grab it. Many thanks. They are approachable and friendly, definitely a spot to visit!

Breakfast was awesome. Coffee was great. Bacon and egg burger ($12) is quite possibly the best value breakfast I've ever had. Lashings of everything. Generous portions. Service was friendly and efficient.

Delicious coffee and especially good matcha. They had a super expansive selection of goods in the cabinet out the front including lots of cakes and bagels I am keen to come back and try. Cute window seating with lots of pillows. Will be coming back here, it had a lovely atmosphere.

This corner surprise is definitely worth your while. We gobbled up our food before I had time to take pictures but we had a mushroom melt and brisket sandwich. Simply awesome. I will be coming back for them for sure. The service was excellent. They have about 5 small tables, few bar chairs and more tables outside. A perfect place to catch up as a small group. A plenty of parking spots and small shops near by if you want to have a browse.

We ordered mushroom melt, brisket with pickle and a steak sandwich.
it was beyond expectations in taste,
the paper annoyingly will get stuck to your toasted sandwiches so hopefully a new method in future can get put in place there but thats very minor.
Drinks were mediocre
(iced latte and chai latte)
But we were here for the food not beverages and in that department we were extremely pleased, left full and satisfied.
Chips crunchy and perfectly seasoned, prepare to need a nice and fork for this meal because it can get messy!!

The best coffee and bagels you will have!🥯☕ the staff are always so lovely and efficient. My favourite local coffee shop for breakfast and lunch.

Food is just amazing, lovely service (even though they are cozy and busy, they don’t give you the feeling of you need to leave asap. Friendly staff with cabinet full of gourmet pastries 🥐 and matcha latte deserve 5 out of 5 stars ⭐

Wow, what a pleasant experience, sitting in the coffee house today with the beautiful warm winter sun on my back, drinking my delicious Latte, watching the world go by. With exceptional service by the lovely *Nancy*, she also makes the best coffee, and the cafe has a fabulous vibe. The sweets and food menu are extraordinary 😋 and the service is friendly, personal and welcoming. A Melbournuan vibe on the cusp of Fortitude Valley and Greatness! The staff and service is awesome Always busy and the food is so fresh and delicious. The menu is so extensive and offers great options for all dietary requirements. A must try in the valley

The salad that i got was great. Loads of sweet potatoes and it tasted light yet super filling! Wifey got the Cheeseburger and found it to be a great pairing with the mushrooms too 🤤

Love the look and vibe of the place. It’s a cosy little corner cafe with a few inside seating places , plus a few outdoor tables. You’ll see some familiar brunch menu items if you’re already a Paddington Social regular 🤭

What i do love is the fact they have some yummy salads on rotation , as well as some made to order burgers/toasties ( I’m keen to try that brisket & Pickle one next time) 🥰

A quaint and classy cafe serving up smooth, creamy coffee and the BIGGEST AND BEST Rueben in the Valley. They stick to what they know, and do it EXCEPTIONALLY WELL!!!

Man your salad might be the best salad I’ve had in my life. Chicken so juicy , cauliflower salad so we’ll seasoned. Oh my goodness. I love that you have options to add beef and chicken on top of the salad!!

This place is a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfast/brunches. Lovely cozy vibe, friendly staffs with amazing food and coffee.

Colin’s is the best cafe in the valley! Their iced lattes are delicious! Their brisket sandwich is so yummy and filling, i recommend sharing it between two people. Cant forget their range of delicious bagels! Definitely couldn’t recommend Colin’s enough!

Visiting Brisbane and this was the best cafe we found hands down. Coffee was excellent - especially their premium single in an espresso plus the food was fantastic - the best steak and cheese pie I’ve had in Oz.

Great little coffee shop. Great coffee & has one of the best steak sandwiches I have had in a long long time.
