This place is a treasure trove - a beautiful curation of amazing clothes, bags, jewellery & shoes. As a customer its a a fun experience- Nicole has vast knowledge of her stock & makes the experience enjoyable & as a consignor its an easy way to recoup some costs from items no longer required in my wardrobe. I always find something unique when I shop there! Highly Recommend!

Designer Emporium has an exquisite range of designer fashion curated by the owner. The ethos of sustainable fashion is alive and well in this store. It's like a treasure trove of one-off items that are so hard to find anywhere else - and super affordable.

I'm sad to say I do not like this place. There is so much stuff everywhere it was overwhelming and over stimulating. There are so many items on the rails it's really hard to actually look at pieces. There were also non authentic items, which instantly put me off wanting to purchase anything.

Most of it was fake… disappointing to say the least

Sells counterfeit items. All the designer items I bought here came back counterfeit. The owner will be defensive, blame it on her ‘consigners’, and refuse to refund because her young, new staff can’t process refunds so we would have to come back another day that she would be present for her to ‘assess’ the situation. I gave her by COB the same day we came in to issue the refund, I’m not being further inconvenienced coming back another day just for her. I told her if she didn’t I would dispute the transaction with my CC company, notify authorities, the news and anything else I could do to expose her. She called me hostile and refused to process the refund. Her attitude the entire time was to deflect responsibility and talk down to us. Con artist and fake business.

Wanted to love it but I was very off put by the vast amount of fake items in store. There are some real gems here but please have knowledge of authenticating luxury goods before shopping.

Every business is a true reflection of it’s owner we all know as a well known fact. Everything about this place is fake. It’s always messy, disorganised & the owner is rarely there! So really what could you possibly expect?

I didn’t really want to give this store a one star ⭐ but thought it was important that I do this review. Every time I visit this store I am disgusted at the fake bags and the prices. A young girl was working and I asked her if the Louis Vuitton bag was authentic. She said it was but it was such a bad fake. The store is full of fakes and is a total mess. It is so badly visually merchandised. I if you are thinking about shopping there buyer beware. There are plenty of preloved boutiques that have real bags and honest owners and workers.

Terrible customer service. We were kicked out at 3.00 pm by a rude salesperson. The next morning the price went up. Greedy, slimy people
