Oz Design Skygate

Thanks so much to Jenny at the Skygate store for helping me pick my Rawson table. I absolutely LOVE this store and drive up from the Sunshine Coast whenever I want new furnishings or decorations. Your store completely suits my taste - the pieces & pictures you have are stunning. I can't go to our local store, the girls there are rude and they're stuff just isn't as nice. Jenny treats you like a friend & goes out of her way to help you. She's just lovely & helpful.

Such a clean, well presented and beautiful store. Jenny went above and beyond for my furniture enquiry. Her service was honest and helpful and it was really lovely to see how passionate and caring she is to her customers.

Great lounge at a great price and great customer service.

Great friendly staff and service

Have been here a few times and there's a few pieces of furniture which were a bit different (in a good way) to a lot of the other chain furniture stores. A little bit higher quality than most too, I'd say, even though the pricing is a little bit on the premium side too.

Was given attitude yesterday from one of the sales staff (Di) because I didn't want to supply my personal details when doing a cash sale. Considering the current economic climate, I would suggest some staff training in regards to client service.

Ordered a mirror online and it was faulty, the only solution is to drive to the store at the Brisbane airport to exchange. Poor customer service

I will never step foot in this shop again, or purchase from their website. I ordered a rather expensive dining table and waited 6 weeks for it to be available. Upon receiving the table the legs were badly damaged and of poor quality. I contacted customer service to which they agreed to swap for a new one, but I would have to wait another 4 weeks and then pick the new table up myself from the warehouse in DFO. I got two phone calls from the DFO store requesting I pick the table up IMMEDIATELY as they had no room for it and it needed it gone, so I hired a ute to go and pick it up and would return the faulty one once they had space. On arrival I was rudely told nope you're not getting the table until you give us the old one, and refused to apologise for the miscommunication and stuff around. Then offered to deliver the table for an additional cost (even though it was their fault the table was broken). Also refused to accept fault and kept blaming the online team for the stuff up. I am now out of pocket extra money after this experience. No customer service AT ALL

After two months and this happened. On both cushions for a $3000 product the quality and service is DISGUSTING

Service is disgusting once the payment is made.

Expensive delivery and charged per item.

Terrible service, product & overall experience. Avoid at all cost.
