So many options and such great prices. Customer service was also great. I walked out with so much and spent very little. These girls work so hard in such a packed store with so many CM’s. People need to be patient and kinder.

There could be better customer service.

We were in the store while a young staff person moved from side to side within the store with clothes in their arms, avoiding eye contact.

The customers were in the fitting rooms quite a long time, we waited over 10 minutes.

At the counter the young female staff was at least friendly and talked a little.

Manager (lady with the face mole) was bossy and rude to her employees and customer. Ill give stars for the clothes though.

Rude customer service,
Went shopping with my sister, we tried on dresses in front of the fitting room, because all the fitting room full of boxes,
We put two dresses on top of the boxes while deciding.
One of the staff rudely told us you shouldn’t put the dress on the boxes, my sister said we still deciding. She grab the dress and throw it into the unwanted boxes (which also cardboard box)
Need some performance review and organiser.

My sister and I experienced two very rude young shop assistants a couple of weeks ago. They weren't interested in assisting us at all. We believe management should invest in people skills training for them or move them on.

While I was browsing shirts, a staff member approached me and exhibited rude and racist behaviour, which was a deeply unpleasant encounter. I would highly recommend that everyone avoid visiting that shop if you value your dignity and self-respect.

Super rude++++++ no respect to customer, absolutely harassing behaviour......the old lady with glasses snatched a cloth from a child's hand leaving her traumatised and confused why she she got behaved like that.
We just went to the store. While my daughter was trying a blazer, I received an urgent call from overseas. So, I had one blazer on my arm while on phone as I wanted her to try it in the fitting room. During this short few minutes while still on phone I happened to step right outside the shutter but my daughter was still trying other blazers with my husband and other daughter waiting there for us. The tall lady with the glasses came to us insulated me as if we were going to run away with that item. As my daughter was going to put it back after she said " put it back or I will take it", she then snatched it from her. My daughter was very upset and cried after that as it was very embarassing for us in a busy store.

What a rude behaviour, I don't recommend any one to visit this store. Such staff should be performance managed or it will be great loss for the store.

I just left there after being asked to leave the store by a woman in glasses asking me loudly across the store to wear a mask.
I told her I was unable to as due to my pregnancy, she proceeded to tell me that a staff member there is pregnant and still wears one, but had she approached me herself I could have shown her my exemption as my airways are very restricted due to some complications with my pregnancy, she could see my 12 yr old daughter had a mask on. No one else anywhere questioned me including the police I passed in my local supermarket. She is extremely unprofessional and has clear disregard for other peoples situation and embarrassed myself and my daughter in the process. I would hope she is dealt with over this matter, and maybe some training in people skills if you work in the retail sector.

Customer service was disgusting, tried the two three dresses but Old lady (staff with glasses on) was so rude and told us to don’t put the clothes everywhere whereas tried one or two clothes. Very poor service. Old lady should leave this job if she cannot handle the customers.

OLd lady with glasses on was so rude She doesn’t like anyone whoever coming to shop. Spoke very loudly to us and i think she cannot handle the pressure anymore she is too old now for work.

The lady was very rude at the counter.
Didn't seems to be interested in customer service.
