We recently bought a boys bike from Giant Lutwyche. They had a large variety of options to choose from and was very knowledgeable with their advice. Customer service was amazing. In comparison with other stores we visited the bike was well constructed and reasonably priced. My boy loves it!

I’ve been buying bikes here since I was a kid and they had a different name. A lot has changed but they remain a really friendly and helpful local bike shop.

I don’t leave nearby anymore but I went across town to buy a bike off them. It was so good my partner came back and got a new bike too.

The service was fantastic and since purchase I’ve had the first service which all went seamlessly.

I have been going there for decades, when it was called Tom Wallace Cycles, and will keep coming back. Top notch.

Purchased my new Giant TCR here at a great discount. The service was brilliant and the staff were as excited as I am about the new bike. Went in looking for an electric bike. Ben was so helpful and directed me to a perfect bike and ran through all its benefits. Took it for a test ride and loved it. Completed the BVRT 168 kms in 2 days. The bike was perfect 🥰

Recently bought my 5th bike from Giant Lutwyche (TWC), and a great experience as ever. Ben and the crew are excellent to deal with and ensure new bike fit and settings are spot on. Service guys are first rate and always happy to assist in any way. Can't recommend highly enough.

Just had a gold service on my Giant Defy (10 year's old well loved) couldant belive the difference just ran so beautifully even a bit faster. Thanks Ben and the service team. The new bikes on the way out of the shop look very tempting

Had a good experience when visited and purchased my bike from Giant. The staffs were technically sound, helpful and supportive attitude. I do strongly recommend to visit Giant Bicycles if you are looking forward for your bike.

Fantastic service and advice. I had driven to a few shops seeking to buy! The staff expertise was great, the attention to detail ensuring the bike was the right size, ie seat height, changing tyres to tubeless. Delivering what I needed and asked for was memorable and I have highly recommended the shop to others!

Serviced my bike after a long time off it. They picked up a very minor issue relating to use of a shimano chain with a sram derailleur. I was unaware of any problem with it when riding as it was in a rarely used cog position. The issue was demonstrated to me. It demonstrated a high level of attention to detail in ensuring that all components worked smoothly.

Great staff. Super knowledgeable, I live down the Gold Coast but buy my bikes from here. The only ones that were able to source a bike I wanted. Keep up the great job and I’ll be back soon, I’m overdue for a bike or two, it’s been what maybe 4 months? 😂
