Rouse Hill Family Medical Practice

My wife and I have been going to Rouse Hill Family Medical Practice for awhile now. The staff are very nice here and making a booking is hassle free. I also like the text reminders for your booking too, great.
The appointments have been on time or I have had to wait 5-10 minutes which is pretty good.
We see Dr Mark Charteris and he is kind, professional and always looks after our needs.

Finding a good GP has been something I always struggle with , until I found Dr Nirzari. Her thorough knowledge, compassion and the extra miles she takes to ensure her patient receives the outmost care, clearly sets her apart from other GPs. I highly recommend her.

Staff are all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and caring from admin , nursing and Doctors

Yes you need to pay ( however Medicare rebate put through on the spot ) but when it comes to your health and the care received its priceless

Had a great experience as a first timer. The front staff were very welcoming and friendly. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. I recently had my first visit with Dr. Nirzari pandit and it was a delight. She immediately made me feel very comfortable. She is very kind and compassionate, with excellent communication skills. I love that she is so knowledgeable and makes sure that I understand every step of my treatment and kept checking up on me throughout the procedure. Highly recommend her!

Rouse Hill Family Medical Practice is exceptional!
I am fairly recent to the area and I have been looking for a suitable practice for myself and my children.

Upon arrival I instantly noticed the cleanliness of the medical centre as well as the spaciousness and placement of everything. The atmosphere felt calm and relaxed which isn’t usually the case at medical centres.
The receptionists were very polite and professional! The waiting time wasn’t very long either.
I went there with my toddler and I was surprised and happy to see they had a little kids corner with some toys and chairs to entertain kids and a worthy mention is they also had children’s movies playing to keep the kids settled, this was a pleasant change I have not seen anywhere else! The whole experience was great. The doctor I saw Marta Matic was excellent and had a friendly presence to her. She showed genuine care towards my child and I. I highly recommended Rouse Hill Family Medical Practice.

Dr Sarah is really good...the staff here are very nice...the clinic is well maintained .close to box hill and we had very good experience dealing with the team here...

The staff were so amazing and considerate assisting me to find the right doctor for my illness. I saw Dr Patricia and I can’t explain how relieved I was to feel like she had the knowledge in women's health to assist me. It makes such a big difference being treated with compassion and feeling confident that I now have a correct diagnosis and proper treatment plan after seeing her.

Reception staff were helpful and kind and the GP and orthopaedic specialist were amazing. My kid came out saying that it was the nicest doctors visit they'd ever had, despite the pain she'd been in. Professional and kind.

Dr Chatwin Lee is amazing. I’ve seen him for every appointment for my son. You can tell he loves doing what he does. All the receptionists I’ve met are all very nice and accomodating too. The practice is very clean and haas never been too busy when I’ve gone

One of, if not the best medical practice I've been to. Receptionists are welcoming, friendly and explain things in a respectful way if required. I've seen a few doctors here but they've all been patient and understanding and offer solutions and not just shrug you off.

It's clear that people actually like working here and that reflects in the overall level of care. Not the same can be said about a lot of medical practices.

Dr Leotta was the most fabulous doctor I have encountered in 20 years. If you have any female health issues, I cannot recommend her enough. She's very personable and took the time to explain both the situation and available treatment options.

We recently moved to this practice as we LOVE the service Dr. Marta Matic provides. I can't fault her care and knowledge. Very accommodating with our newborn and genuine care.

The practice is lovely, clean, spacious and well worth attending. Receptionist staff, honourable mention to 'Emily', are polite and very helpful.

Worth attending even though no bulk billing. Worth the price for the service.

They were so good with my 3 yr old son who needed stitches.

They were gentle and understanding and did a great job stitching him up.

Very open, clean new reception with large waiting area. Friendly staff on arrival & all the available services wirh Douglas Hanley blood testing on the premises, very convenient. Dr Charteris was most thorough with his review & advice.

My overall experience is quite good. The staff is very helpful and polite. I met Dr Sarah she is such a wonderful doctor!! Although this was my first visit but with her I felt quite ease.

Friendly staff and great doctors. Special mention to Dr Sarah Chaudry whom I have been seeing since 2003. Its convenient and parking is good plus imaging service is 2 doors from the medical centre. Overall the care and service have been excellent for my family and I.

What an amazing experience. As a Healthcare Workers, my partner and I to walked into a clinic, be greeted with a friendly smile and checked in quickly, efficiently and professionally was fantastic. The waiting room was spacious and comfortable. We were called quickly by our Doctor for our appointments. Even the consult room was spacious and very comfortable. We’re so glad that we made the move to Rouse Hill Family Medical Practice.
3/4/23 - I attended the clinic this morning, I was in a lot of pain, only 7 weeks post major surgery. I knew my new GP was away, the amazing young lady on reception, could see I wasn’t comfortable, she had me take a seat and notified the Practice Nurses. I was seen in about 2 minutes by one of the Nurse's and I must say both Nurses were fantantic, a quick history and set of observations and I was asked to take a seat back in the waiting room. Less than 10 minutes later, I was called by Dr Lee, he’d read my file and today’s notes from the Nurse and rather than repeat everything, he gave me a prescription for the medication I needed and let me go home, via a chemist. This is just another reason I am so happy to have moved Medical Practice’s. 10/10 service every time and the staff, from Reception to GP are some of the best I’ve experienced. I’ve been in Healthcare for over 20 years myself, as a Clinician and now Administration.

Needed to update my review as I have been attending the practice for a year now on a regular basis. And I wish I could give even more than the maximum of 5 stars. I've lost count of how many times I have had a staff member here go above and beyond to help my family. Every doctor I have seen has been thorough, caring and so knowledgeable. The reception staff are always committed to providing fantastic customer service, even when they are under the pump. Not to mention, they are always so incredibly kind. And the nurse is not only incredibly approachable, but also more knowledge that a lot of previous GPs I have seen. Thank you so much to all the staff, you all truly help so many people more than you know.

We have returned to Sydney to live after 8 years away...and the fact that we could return (and have!) to Rouse Hill Family Medical Practice after that gap has been a wonderful and caring experience. We have been cared for by the staff of RHFMP: doctors, nursing staff and admin people (hi to all!) for many years. It's a pleasure to have the care and continuity for our best health care now we are into our 70s! We value all that this practice can offer us, and feel that we have our present and future health care needs sorted. It's a great feeling! Thank you all. Denyse and Bernard Whelan
