IGA Rouse Hill

Went here on easter friday when everything else was closed. It looked like the first days of COVID-19 outbreak with people grabbing toilet paper and anything else on the shelves. Was clean and tidy despite the chaos and staff was nice even if busy. Fair enough of parking.

Good range of items for a smaller shop. The deli section is great. Staff are terrific.
I know a lot of people want a bakery in a little shop like this but have fresh baked bread rolls delivered daily. A good selection brand breads and boutique sourdoughs. This is great.
A well sourced, fresh and often local fruit and vegie section.
What you do have is an incredible small deli in there with a great variety of rustic salads, varied fresh meats cut to your requirements. Antipasto type foods to choose from. Overall for a small grocery store in a super convenient local location it caters to most people's needs.

Caesar salad was award winning quality. I should know it is my favourite salad. I like this place. Am I right? If You like this place too press like. 😇 the Deli has been renovated recently and is now located on the other side of the store. The service and quality of the food hasn't changed. Standing at the counter I'm always flanked by several shoppers waiting to purchase food from the Deli. Quite a wide range of products available. In the day there were a lot more traditional delicatessens around, but now isnt it good to see a resurgence in the Deli's popularity? It would be a sad day if the Delicatessen disappeared. The variety of foods that they deliver aren't just remnants of yesterday but point towards a full future filled with foods we refuse to surrender. Yes I do love the variety of salads we have come to expect. Caesar salad makes such a lovely meal and you know they don't skimp on quality and taste. The service is fast and friendly. The girls work hard stocking shelves, cleaning and serving. It is a popular place to shop with plenty of fresh delicious foods to choose from on the menu. IGA is my go to for fresh fruit & vegetables. Their hot BBQ chickens are amazing. There's always pros and cons to any grocery store but IGA for me holds a lot of pros. I love the difference in product range IGA has compared to the big grocery store names. You can always find the regular range items in stock or back in stock next time you visit. Staff are friendly, they know their regulars and are always happy to help. The deli items are fresh and taste great. I've never seen a short expiry date on dairy. The only downside I have is their meat. I'm not a fan but each to their own. You might find it's your taste.

The Deli counter is small but the offerings are well above average for taste and variety. Set where it is, opposite a butcher and newsagent, with a chemist one side and a bottle shop the other, *and* a quality cafe next door, grocery shopping has never been such a pleasant experience. It's a regular stop for us.

Nice size IGA which now sells fresh donuts . Nice deli section as well .

This is where we usually buy milk from. Their fresh produce is also very good. The hot BBQ chicken is yumm

Always great to visit and support a local supermarket. Our go to for most things these days.

Good, recently had a facelift, has all the things you need nice selection of hot foods and deli at the moment, very good staff.
