Visited Katies Rousehill today and Anna the store manager was very friendly and helpful in providing all the necessary information needed and was very detailed in terms of discounts. Overall good customer service.Thanks Anna.

Came in to purchase a gift for a family member, wasn’t greeted at all, I was however glared at. The sales person tried to sell me a promotional piece of jewellery which should’ve been ‘$15 with every purchase’ for full price which I had to point out to her it should be $15 as the promotion.

Probably wouldn’t return to this particular store.

I was shocked when we were asked to put the dresses back on the hangers, I felt like I am not a customer but work there.. as a courtesy we helped her to put back few tops on the hanger.. in that moment I helped her but now I feel weird and as if I was an employee of Katies..no smile on her face as she was keen to close her shop and wanted us to get out asap.. btw we did buy some stuff from the shop but will not be going again for sure..

Went to the rousehill Katie's store to exchange or to request for a store credit. The lady in the store was extremely rude unprofessional and impatient. She did not even understand why I was in the store or what was the customer requirement. She straight away said can't do anything and even mentioned I did not get the tops from the Katie's online and walked away. While another person in the shop clarified finally..initial experience was terrible and will never ever visit this site again .

Would put 0 stars if I could. The ladies here were absolutely rude and disgusting. They were processing my exchange and they tried to not complete it multiple times. They joked around with each other saying that they didn't want to make the sale under their profile. To be honest if you're shopping at Katie's, try a different store as you'll likely get better treatment.

The most rude store manager! Absolutely pathetic behaviour towards customers. Online website says something and the store says it’s not their policy. Katies name is definitely going down because of such stores. Will never shop from here again.

Katie’s stores are doing themselves an injustice by having that sales lady in there. So loud and so rude.
Went in store fore a refund which apparently is not allowed any more! Another customer who had items to purchase put her purchases back and said she would not buy from that store again!

Went to Katie's Rouse hill. Very disappointed with the customer service. The lady managing the store had absolutely no empathy for the customer. I went to pick up my online order. Paid for 6 dresses and received only 5. The lady kept insisting that I have paid for 5 and didn't even bother to look at my online receipt.
I was not allowed to return any item at the store. She informed that only Katies brand items would be returned at store. One of the item was Katies and she dint even check properly and completely showed no interest in helping us out. Poor online delivery procedures and extremely poor service at the store. I have been to other Katie's stores and never had similar experience. Never going to order online or purchase at Katie's Rouse hill
