Bargain Car Rentals Brisbane Airport

I was concerned using Bargain Car Rentals after reading some of their reviews. However, I found the experience to be overwhelmingly positive. Pick up and drop off was efficient, the van I rented was new and clean, and the staff were kind and easy going. Good value for money. If I need to, I will use them again.

It was very easy to book the car with Bargain Car Rentals and I was very pleased with the price and the car was as described. The shuttle pick up and drop off at the airport was efficient. All the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful, a special shout out to Jordan for good service when we returned the car.

Excellent service. Very nice and friendly staff (Peter?). Loved the zippy little car to drive up the ramp to the Sunshine Coast for 5 days. It's definitely a Bargain for the price 🙂. I dropped the car back a day early and got a credit for my next trip. Thank You.

I’ve hired cars in loads of countries and used the big brands and cheap brands and these guys were the best car hire experience I’ve had. Easy pick up and easy drop off. Nice service. No hassle. No excessive pushing of their extra-cover.
The car was a bit older (~100Km) and had a few scratches and dents but that just made me less paranoid driving it. I sent a few photos of things not picked up and they said no worries.
I’ll be pro-actively looking for Bargain with future car hires.

I missed the transfer bus from airport to bargin rentals due to lack of communication,so i grab a taxi which cost $20 to rentals,staff ungraded car,return car with half of tank for using taxi,staff were efficient,great,owned the situation I was in,car was great new and I was happy.

I booked this 9 day rental because of the price. Reading some of the reviews online I was a little nervous about the experience. I had nothing to worry about. The staff were courteous and efficient. The new employee who checked me in was delightful, friendly and helpful. The car was great, shuttle service timely and return a breeze. All in all a great experience. Thank you!

Great customer service, staff are good at their jobs. Got us out of a pickle when I dropped the car off just before crossing time. I forgot my laptop in the boot and only realised at 6am the next morning when on the way to the airport. The normal opening time is 7am, but we were there just after 6am, office was still shut. We walked around the back and there was a lady cleaning the returned cars from the day before. She was fantastic, went and got many sets of keys and helped us searching dozens of cars. Luckily we retrieved the lap top and made it in time for our flight. She could have easily said that the office opens at 7am and left it at that. Highly appreciated the effort to assist even though it wasn't part of her job. Staff like that bring repeat business.

After I booked my rental car I read some of the reviews. Not very positive to say the least.

But my experience was brilliant. I did get a Uber to the depot only because I wanted to save time. But with all rental companies that are off site you always have to wait for a shuttle bus regardless.

My pick up of my car was only five minutes waiting in the line and the service I received was friendly and positive. And yes I did take out the extra insurance because who has $5000 handy if you do have an accident? And again I have always done that with rental cars. Extra piece of mind.

Car was brand new freshly cleaned before I received it.

All in all I had a positive experience with this rental company.

Kayra S in the Brisbane office was sweet when I rocked up to pick up a car rental and was teary about something personal. He made me laugh, was genuine, and it was appreciated. He also offered to explain how to avoid tolls etc, and explained everything else clearly and simply. Didn’t rush me through. Well done young man. (From the nurse from WA with the hair).

A much cheaper option than hiring from the companies in the terminal. Super easy to catch the shuttle to and from the airport to the rental depot. Staff were fantastic 👏 helpful, efficient and very nice. Car was great. I highly recommend!

Super value for the money, the staff at the branch were very helpful. However, we were in a panic mood and very frustrated at the airport after several attempts of trying to contact the shuttle bus driver, no text message or any confirmation for our voice messages, the phone support / online chat icon on the website was very small and we couldn't find it anywhere ... at the end, we saw the shuttle ... all good

Very Easy service, car was very clean and nice to drive, customer service was decent but hold times on the phones were abit long due to them being very busy. Overall was a very good service for a decent price, will definitely use them again

Friendly staff. Smooth process for pick up and drop off. The little MG we had was very clean. Great service, so much so that I have just rebooked with Bargain Car Rentals for a return trip in November.

I had gone to the wrong Serpentine Rd (not the Hendra one) & was late to pick up the rental car; Max made everything stress free - explained everything in full, even the fine print 😊 Max even informed me of the shuttle service, local train station & taxis

After a mix up with my booking, the lady at the desk helped to find me a car and complete my booking over the phone as I was walking onto my flight. Super helpful and explained everything. Car was clean and ready to go when I arrived with after hours collection clearly explained. Drop off was easy and the free ride to the airport was greatly appreciated
