Fruity Capers

I thought the quality of the produce here was surprisingly good. And some of the prices extremely competitive. They have a broad selection and everything I was looking for.

We love fruity capers, their quality is second to none. Their fruit, veggies, eggs, deli products are fantastic.

This is the best fruit store/ deli in Queensland, hands down. The quality is impeccable. The prices are not cheap but you will never buy an untasty vegetable or fruit. I've been shopping here for decades. There's a reason people visit Toowong Village to shop specifically at this store. It's a Toowong institution. Also, the service is fabulous. The owners would accept nothing less.

Glorious array of fruit and vegetables at very affordable prices. Saw fruit there that I had never seen before (sapphire grapes 🍇). Enticing, colourful, well-constructed displays. They sell not only fruit and veg but also eggs, nuts, cheeses and other goods!

By far the nicest selection of fruit I have seen in Brisbane - all of the produce was fresh and high quality. Not a single spotty or misshapen fruit or vegetable to be seen. Just in general all of the produce was superior to other places I’ve seen, although this was also reflected in the price, which is ok - you get what you pay for. A bit sad that this isn’t my local green grocer.

I really love the produce here and the customer service, but I don't like how most of the good deals are wrapped in plastic. I usually limit myself to only buying my loose produce here, and all the stuff that's wrapped in plastic I either buy loose from Coles or just don't buy which is a shame. I wish you guys would find a better way than wrapping everything in single use plastic, then I would shop exclusively at your store. Surely in 2022 there is a better alternative than this. I hope you can consider this comment as genuine feedback. Thanks

Fabulous deli with extensive and unusual cheese & smallgoods selection. Great homemade salads and lasagnas. Freshness, quality and value of fruit/veg ALWAYS surpasses Coles. Incredibly helpful, attentive and efficient team - I’ll often go to Toowong Village just to shop here as it is such a convenient experience close to the ground floor car park.

All time local everything ! My daughter and I visit every two days to shop for the Epic deli goods, long lasting & flavoursome fruit and veggies or just for a catch ups X0 to the whole team for taking such good care of Leona and I.

Fruity Capers is a fantastic fruit shop with wonderful quality produce. Their deli has a great variety! The thing that really sets Fruity Capers apart, is the customer service of the staff! Nothing is ever too much of a problem, and a smile is always served!

The first time I shopped at Fruity Capers before I figured they would be pricier but better quality than Toowong Coles. I was pleasantly surprised to find that goods were at the very least the same price but generally were cheaper. The deli has some of the best goods I've bought at a deli before. If you're feeling adventurous try the smoked Mushrooms.

Staff have always been smiley and friendly. I would recommend to anyone!

Hate broccoli? That's OK, these guys make it all look so good, you'd eat it anyways. Great deli with fantastic meats and cheeses. Only thing, they import some stuff, I'd prefer they just stock aussie stuff. That said, still the best fruit shop in brissy.

It has high quality produces, and always expect them to give you the best. I always has been and always will shop my fresh produces here. They are so reliable on give me the better produces than coles. Just beware that they slightly expensive.

The prices are occasionally a little above the supermarkets although very competitive with in season produce. Worth a little bit extra for guaranteed quality in my view. We go out of our way to shop here weekly and have done for years. Well done.

Okay, pretty much everything here is amazing, but can I just say, If you're looking for fresh, juicy big bunches of greens... this is the place! And so so cheap too (compared to woolies or coles)! I've never been happier with my kale. 2 massive bunches that will last me a week + (I eat kale daily) for only $4... very happy customer.

The best fruit and veggies in Brisbane, always fresh and I never throw anything away that I buy from there. Agree, I don't like the stickers on everything but it is not a biggie. I drive to get my fruit and veggie there each week.

Fruit here is value for price and fresh

I bought some beautiful pears from their today for my 20 month old daughter. The beautiful lady at the check out offered to cut the massive pear up for her free of charge and brought it out in a container and everything. Such great customer service xoxox thank you for helping a mumma out young lady it made my day

Fruity Capers consistently has the best quality produce of any Fruit & Veg shop that I have ever experienced. Prices are approx 20% more than the Coles Supermarket next door, but the quality is WAY BETTER than Coles.
On 4 different occasions, I have bought avocados from both places in order to compare. The Coles avocados usually go bad before they ripen. When I buy Fruity Capers avocados, I ALWAYS know that I can either eat them the same day or I can eat them in a few days time- either way, they are blemish-free. AMAZING!!!

Great standards and fresh produce. Their displays are very enticing. One of the best fruit shops I have been too. Worth the trip to Toowong .
