Ariat

I was looked after marvellously by a beutiful girl named Jaime. I was grieving about a gunnie pig I had lost recently due to feeding it too much avocado, and she offered great advice such as stop feeding them so much avocado and perhaps try buying them normal gunnie pig food. She also helped me buy some boots and a bag to transport my other piggies in. I'll make sure I tell everyone about her. Thank you Jamie!!

Great service from the blonde hair, blue, and blue jewellery girl (didnt fet her name). Super knowledgeable in getting the right shape and size boots. She strived for the best service.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. As someone who frequently buys Ariat, I come in store often to try on and purchase. I will NEVER spend my money in this store until the whole staffing is fixed. I have never once been greeted when in the store and have never been asked for a hand. I have tried on boxes of shoes and needed assistance but multiple staff members just stand in groups talking while everyone around them struggles to get served. This is the same story every time I go. I receive the same feedback from family and friends. Do better.

Appalling customer service .. my husband went in with intention on spending his substantial gift card after looking for shoes he was rudely told he should look online for his size .. he asked for other suggestions and was told to just have a Look himself.. . Pity u dont offer refunds on giftcards

Just wasted half a day driving to Ariat DFO Brisbane to be told that they don’t accept a Ariat gift card. Even after telling the staff member that we had a gift card. My wife has trouble getting boots that fit hence the reason for the $300 gift card.The staff member that was at the counter just said that they do not take the card and nothing else. No apology or any hint of compassion.Definitely will not be shopping there again.Why call a shop an Ariat store if it’s not an Ariat store. Not happy.😡
