Needed a bike fit and Ryan/SdV came highly recommended from a friend. The fit was extremely comprehensive, Ryan provided lots of information to explain the who's behind changes/no changes, and on initial rides post-fit there have been none of the issues I was previously having. Additionally the store was well stocked and all other staff were friendly, so would highly recommend to anyone.

Studio really take care with delivering all the information on bikes and riding in general and I always have a great experience going into the shop.

Ryan’s knowledge of Specialized’s Retul Fit System is remarkable. He takes a very analytical and patient approach in properly sizing one’s bike. After his many tweaks I now feel more in control of my bike as my cockpit is much tighter, as a result. As an added bonus, gone are my numbing hands and neck pain. I can hardly wait for my new insoles to compliment my bike fit. If you are wanting to get the best and most comfortable ride you can out of your bike: Ryan at Sudio de Velo is your guy. Indeed, he is professionalism personified.

Brought my first brand new Specialized Tarmac SL7 Pro, the initial visit with Studio De Velo’s Riley was so informative. We sat down and went through where I was at and what I liked. He then introduced me to the Aethos and we talked through the bike. Then we looked at the Tarmac.. I was pretty much sold at that stage. A great bike and a great team. Thanks to Ryan and Riley for the experience, I would recommend this team to anyone from the beginner to the experienced for assistance.

My husband and I have bought 2 x E Mountain Bikes from Studio de Velo over the last couple of months. We found the respect, attention and welcome we received from the staff was amazing. Ryan took the time to explain the intricacies and specifications in helping me decide which bike would be the best fit for myself. I have been riding my bike for a couple of months and feel so confident that the bike is exactly what I needed for the mountain track and long rides I am doing. My husband picks up his bike this week and again Ryan spent a lot of time with my husband re the bike fit and in choosing the bike most appropriate for the rides he is wanting to do. Overall we found the team at Sudio de Velo to be friendly and very experienced which made us feel confident when making the decision on what bike to buy.

I bought the new turbo levo from Simon and the gang at Studio de Velo recently. The bike has totally blown me away!!! But it’s the commitment to excellence from Simon and his team that I appreciate the most. Their product knowledge, after sales service and genuine care for the customer is outstanding.

There are shops closer to me but these guys are awesome at helping someone who isn't confident in working around their bike.
There's no pressure to upsell either. I am happy to go the extra distance to keep using this shop. They look at what I want and then work out what I need.

Super impressed! Easy online booking for my e-bike service followed by a great experience with the staff at studio de velo. The mechanic called to explain his suggested parts (chain, brake disc and pads) that were additional to the service and explained in detail why they were necessary. When picking up the bike, the attendant also took the time to answer my questions and provide some extra care and maintenance tips. They’ll definitely be my choice for all of my future bike related needs!
