CDA Clinics

Had a issue which made a 5 star review to 0 , but the staff at CDA quickly amended it, quite promptly may I add. And upon their investigation findings, i found CDA were never at fault it was a common error. I thank the people at CDA for their quick resolution and understanding. Back on 5/5 stars

My previously negative experience has been looked into and rectified.
This is more the standard of service I have expected from CDA (Bowen Hills, Brisbane).
These are trying times and conditions I suppose.
Being obstinate when assisting people with their medication and difficulties with errors and human error within this and associated business....shouldn't be a problem for us.
I wonder if it will keep happening, but they do have mostly high standards all around.

Had an amazing onboarding experience with Linda, she listened to all of my concerns and helped point me in the right direction and knew exactly what she was talking about. Thanks for your help Linda and keep up the great work guys!

The consul dr i spoke to terrible. Wasnted interested in discussing my history only what was on paper. Wasn't interested in ANYTHING i had to say. Lady who arranges things is respectful n 👍 Dr 👎

Had a consultation with this clinic, the doctor made me believe I was going to get my scripts so I prioritised my health and paid thinking I was going to get my scripts because I was desperate because I was bed ridden with pain from sciatica and arthritis.
Soon as I paid, he called me back the next day to say I can’t get any scripts and mucked me around.
There for I ended up being $150 short, struggling with money & unable to move. I ended up going back to CannIHelp who gave me what I needed and I was no longer in excruciating pain but still short on money because this clinic basically stole my money and stuffed me around.
I’m now still waiting for a refund however, I doubt I’ll get it.
The nurses were amazing though.

$69 for everytime you have to speak to dr.if you forget to ask ??? during consultion,but remember after.

You must PAY $69 everytime you have to talk to the DR.

Difficult to get in contact with and overly complicated ordering process that take far longer than need be.
