Dr Gemma is amazing. She really listens and is very down to earth. Would recommend her to anyone who may have had bad experiences in the past with doctors.

Highly recommend Dr Gemma. We stumbled across this clinic when we were desperate to get our then 6month old an immediate/urgent appointment in Cairns. A year and a half on, we still extremely happy with all the doctors we have seen.

Very professional. All the staff are lovely. Even if they're extremely busy, they'll put your mind at rest and help you out. Highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with the service and care I have received at Cairns West Medical Centre. Dr Peter Vanrietvelde is an outstanding GP who I would rate as the best I have seen. He is extremely thorough and holistic in his approach as well as being a very kind and compassionate man. What stood out to me was the way he involved me in the decision making of my care. I think it's worth a small out of pocket charge to receive this level of care.

Could not recommend Peter and his team at Cairns West Medical Centre anymore. I had a moth stuck in my ear for hours and was very stressed and upset. Within 45 minutes Peter and Phylis had it out for me and we’re so calming and supportive.
10/10 service and support
