The ordering system is great and Harleys notifies you when they have received the order and when it is ready to pick up.
I picked up my order this morning and when we got home to organise it all. I notice the headphones are a style my daughter won't wear. When I contacted the store about returning them, they could only offer a store credit and seemed very reluctant at that.
Very disappointing

In Australia, I never seen like that rude customer care. That old lady boss is terrible mouth . No listen. Hard to communication. Only too much proud own business. She does not know customer is important. - I went back again because, we found few items missed our kids school stationery boxes. In the during sort out back to missed items, the old lady boss words and attitude made me feel very bad. Hey Harleys! I and kids are not lying just few dollars items. It more bother to come back to your shop. If you are a professional like you said, change your attitude first. Your employees can make mistakes, it is not problem and I can understand your employees mistakes. But You need more kind and respect your customer!

Worst service ever we’ve been buying our kids School stationary for over 8yrs from this place. This yr it happens that I ordered a scientific calculator that my son already had with 4 days of realizing this I took it back to Harleys for a refund as we didn’t need it. Boy the response we got from Chrissy the manager saying she could have sold it a billion times buy now! if we hadn’t taken it when we did and we should’ve read their refund policy prior to purchase (how rude!). She then walked away, worst customer service and unprofessional. Harleys you need to care more for your customers.

Appalling customer service. Won't return.

According to this site they were open today I made a 50km trip to find out Harleys isn't open and there wasn't even a note on the door to say when they will be reopening ☹
