I highly recommend this service for blocked ears from wax build up. I was my own worst enemy for nearly a week before hearing about this place with a blocked ear. Big thanks to the lady I'm sorry I have forgotten your name for doing the ear suctioning and getting the build up of wax out. I truly appreciate it. Everything was explained and the whole procedure was very professional and the after care that was written was fantastic.

Had a problem with one of my ears as the sound was a bit muffled, Could not clear it after swimming and I tried all the over-the-counter treatments. I googled what one should do, and was interested to learn that this kind of place exists! I’ve never had a problem with my ears, so I have not had them checked, however, we check our eyes and teeth once a year … …Why not our ears?? Highly recommend this place, nurse JAYNE was very knowledgeable, approachable, explained the steps / what she was doing very clearly. Jayne cleared my ear and I could hear perfectly immediately. Do yourself a favour and check your ears for their long-term health. Thank you Earworx… I will be back next year for a check up!

My husband saw RN Jayne Moore at Earworx this morning. His ears were completely blocked and he was nearly deaf. Ms. Moore used the micro-suction machine to clear his ears and now he is comfortable and can hear. We were very impressed with the knowledge, care and skill Nurse Moore showed during the procedure. This place saved my life! I was suffering from bad build up and was practically deaf.. Now I can hear better than a vampire and can finally equalize again! Shout out to Joanna, Did an absolutely incredible job. I will be coming back here from now on for my ears :)

During my travels my ear became blocked. I was only in Cairns for a couple of days and was able to book a next day appointment. I turned up early and Joanna saw to me instantly. This was my first time having my ears micro-suctioned so was somewhat sceptical about the procedure. Joanna was extremely friendly and professional - she made me feel very comfortable and reassured during the entire procedure, constantly checking if I was ok. Other than a loud itchy noise it felt effortless and was over relatively quickly. A large lump of earwax was removed and my ear was clear again, Joanna answered all of my questions clearly about ear health and further guidance. Thank you!
