Went there today to get some stuff and was assisted by the lovely lady. I think her name was karen. She was the best. She helped me pick up few stuff when i was not sure what to buy. Her customer service was immaculate. Will be back for sure❤❤

Was served by the beautiful Chelsea the Naturopath. Her knowledge, understanding and customer service is a breath of fresh air for the business. Chelsea is such a valuable part of the terry white Australia Fair family. Will definitely visit this store again very soon.

I received excellent service. I had been needing help with medication options for my unwell daughter, the pharmacist I spoke to, (named Micka) when through which medication would be safe for my 6 month baby and also directed me toward more non medicated options I could use to help ease her discomfort. Overall I left feeling confident.

Went to get medication and the staff over the counter are very friendly and ready to help ! Johanna, the staff lady that served me was very patient and kind throughout the time I was there :) thank you for your excellent service!

I just went in to ask questions about a medication my mother had been prescribed, and which she was nervous to start using. Both the pharmacist and the assistant were so thorough and helpful in getting me more information and offering help. I did not spend any money in this exchange, I made it clear I needed information right from the start and this did not affect the high level of support and information I received.
Amazing customer service is rare these days, so my experience was unexpected. Thank you to the team for being amazing
