Upon arrival I was blown away by the atmosphere of this cafe. They surprised me with their warm welcomes and greetings that helped give it a home-felt vibe. Jamaica Blues food is equally as impressive as the customer service of each of the employees displayed. One in particular caught my eye as this young man was able to make my experience all the more greater by ticking all the boxes for me as A Perfect Employee. Highly recommend this place

Quite the popular Jamaica Blue this one, and for good reason!!! There is quite the lunch rush, but the staff are always on top of things with minimum waiting times! Coffee was really great, came out quickly. Food was great and has always been fresh! Great selection available here! Staff are very friendly and highly professional. I highly recommend this Cafe! Definatly one of the best around! Thanks!! Will be visiting again!

staff are absolutely wonderful, i can see that they are trying their best especially when it's busy. i ordered bacon and eggs with avocado, it was brought to me by a young girl who looked around 14, she was really nice and pretty. i do admit that paying $4 for a half of an avocado is a bit over but anyways. i also ordered a mug of cappuccino and it was brought to me, by a friendly blonde hair girl, she was really kinda and helped me locate the sugars. my coffee tasted absolutely amazing and i will definitely be coming back! thank you jamaica blue for making me enjoy my saturday!

Our fortnightly coffee morning group met at Jamaica Blue at Earlville on Friday 21st. July. About 18 of us really enjoyed our visit. Great coffee and great food with excellent service and a nice atmosphere. The owner Ronaldo welcomed us warmly and we will be back again. Highly recommended.

All round excellent and quality serviced staff, especially from the young boy with the mullet. Not to mention their outstanding and mouth watering food selection. Will definitely be coming back for more, thank you so much Jamaica Blue

Ordered a pastry and wanted to sit down to eat it and relax. Waited a very long time as it was super busy. Gave up waiting as I had to go. I requested they cancel my order. It was of course ready then. But the very kind manager who was a gentleman, refunded my money and also gave me the croissant. I will go back as much as possible as he knows how to treat customers.

Love this place. Food is fabulous and beautifully presented, and coffee is done to perfection. Staff is very attentive and friendly. That's why we keep coming back.

I had the most delicious cappuccino at Jamaica Blue. It was creamy, smooth and the perfect temperature to drink. I found the staff to be very friendly and they provided great customer service. I would highly recommend Jamaica Blue in Stockland Earlville, Cairns.

Love it here, Rafael is a true asset for them, my wife suffers IBS & nothing was a trouble for him to prepare what she needed, would recommend to any & everyone...❤❤❤❤

The staff are great and they have a very interesting menu. Many choices. Easily recommended this place. Have been a few times now (like to judge a place after a few visits) and the standard of service has been great.

The staff here are more friendly than Cairns Central and the salad was much better than Cairns Central.
