I had few questions about my current home loan with suncorp so I went in to the local branch at pacific fair. A wonderful young man at the info counter / concierge answered all of my questions very efficiently and with lovely friendly manner. Great customer service, thank you.

We recently had some issues with our Suncorp Business Accounts due to an incorrect ACN, the Branch manager Chelsea helped resolve this for us straight away, very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism.

Went into Suncorp today after poor customer service from CommBank and ANZ. Looking for information on travel cards/credit cards and Chelsea (Branch Manager) was a massive help! She was able to show us multiple options and asked questions to ensure she selected the correct service. This was after coming from others banks where they instructed us to simply check the website. Thanks to Chelsea we have our banking sorted much quicker than anticipated. Bonus, Suncorp everyday option has 0% international transaction fee!

I’m in awe at all the bad reviews, some people must be creating their own negative energy! The staff here are so lovely and helpful! What a nice experience, all I can say is, be kind to others and you will receive it back!

I had a great experience.
Got served straight away. Ordered a new card and got cash out. Everything I needed was done under 10 minutes.

Wow. Sarah, one of your staff served me, or rather tolerated me today as I closed all of my accounts. She is extremely rude, unhelpful, and unpleasant. I see that the reviews are consistent so I am not the only one. If one of my staff treated a customer in that fashion their employment would be terminated for gross misconduct. Anyway, now to enjoy this glorious day with a long lunch, friends and sunshine. Have a great day Sarah.

Been trying to open a company account for the past two weeks,leaving voice mails on the correct branch land line to make an appointment for opening a company account as they refuse to do this over the counter or email or phone. Pathetic that they can not return a voice mail and when i drove out and tried to do it in person, and explained my experience. No apologies were made by the front desk now care factor, simply arrogant with no service !

I am glad I don’t bank with these guys, had to deposit some money on Tuesday afternoon, I bumbled around trying to Covid check in before entering, got it done and the doors were not opening, it was 4.05 and the staff were inside gesturing with their hand across throat that they were closed. Ok Wednesday morning I am waiting outside at. 9.25 am with 5 others, the staff were literally inside the door looking at watches waiting for the stroke of 9.30 am, heaven Forbid they open a couple minutes early. Get inside wanting to deposit cash, can’t do it, systems down , to much for ATM, ‘might be fixed in the afternoon’ . But I am invited to Robina or Southport…..thanks Suncorp, if on,y you lived up to all the awards you have displayed on the glass windows, bye…

Terrible and extremely unhelpful staff. I'm disgusted with the customer service - didn't help me at all! One lady was even behind the counter loudly chewing on gum and starring into space, but still couldn't help anyone.

Doors locked at 3:50pm cash deposit ATM machine outside temporally out of order!! Customers caught pressed button to let me in against the staff's wishes, upon entry I was abused and treated like scum told I can't be served their closed! Customer of several years, Time to change banks!!! I've travelled all over Australia and Suncorp have drastically downsized their customer service centers and are the worst bank at updating their websites and atm Google map locations.

This was once a great bank and branch service is slow and coin deposits last time i tried there took hours to be made available (as opposed to the competition where it was instantaneous). This is very disappointing less emphasis on cost cutting and more on customer service and support would be good.

Twice now i've rung them and left name and number and twice I never heard back from them. Pretty lazy service, very annoying, seriously thinking of changing banks...

Unbelievably incompetent with couldn't care less attitude for customers. Branch not operating (second time this year), but staff were having a great morning tea delivered to them. Disappointed! Again!

Can I give minus 5 stars? This branch has been inoperable twice in a row now and the staff extremely unhelpful.
