Gate workers were nice. Lenient with times too. Would appreciate a bigger free play area for the babies though. Bit hard with kids being allowed to snowboard on it unsupervised. Had to either step in the way or move my kids a few times for risk of an unco trolled snowboard to the face

Good for kids to play with toboggan and close to the metropolitan areas. Down sides are, snow are man made, and no ski or snow boarding track for grownups

Very convenient and beautiful place to have fun with Toboggan. Located next to Village square gives the advantage of just grabbing a toboggan from any store and jumping into fun.

Mt Buller is one of the famous destinations amount the community for skiing, snow boarding and Toboggan playing which is not far from the Melbourne city. The surrounding were so beautiful

We were there on the 15th July and not much snow.

Had to wait about considerable time in the freezing cold for bus to take us back to our car park. There was no logistical management of people getting on or off buses. There were hundreds of us all trying to cram into buses with no direction.

Also till about 1 pm Celia park was closed , even on a Saturday and everyone had to go to village park for toboggan rides so there we had to wait on the long queue. Also they didn’t allow to take our own toboggan boards to play around.

Great views! Organised area for tobogganing, would like bigger areas dedicated to this activity that isn’t aimed just at children

The park is amazing, but their staff may be rude like they take customers for granted (my old kid words). It could use a conveyor like in the Lake Mountain.

Can't believe they are charging $15 per person now. Should be $15 per family. Not worth it for price they are asking for.

Cannot bring your own toboggans. Have to pay entry fee even after paying for Mt access. Cannot park close to village, have to take a bus. Huge money grab & major disappointment.

Mt. Buller is behaving like mafia, nice sunny day no forecast for snow or rain next 2 days still you need to hire chains for 4wd too. You can't use your own toboggans and you need to get a lift pass and use their toboggans. I will never come to this alpine again which is run by money hungry mafia.

These people only care about money and not safety. We purchased one ticket because we rented one toboggan for our 6-year-old daughter. After waiting in a long line, they informed us that only she could enter because we didn't have a ticket for us. There was another long line inside to go to the top, The employee at the queue told us to send her alone as there is no other ticket purchased. One of us had to rush inside to get another ticket. Children under 8 should not be allowed to go in alone, and 2 tickets should be sold by default. Many parents had a similarly terrible experience.

Disrespectful young people without care to explain something.
After tall guy (with sunglasses and hat without name tag) told me not to go down with my son I asked one more time he likes it. He replies "I don't care what he likes, either follow the rules or I am going to kick you out with your son!"
I am happy to follow rules but way he talks it's not acceptable. It's rude and terrible. I was always happy to come to Mt Buller but this is not the same mountain anymore.

And Olivia after we decided to leave show me with her hands bla bla. I can't believe this is Australia.

And it's not worth the money guys if you can ask other entertainments for family.

There is not enough safety measures in place—only half of the bottom of the slope has stoppers to prevent people from going over the cliff. July 30, 10:50-11:00 am: my kid went down to such part. He (fortunately) hit one of the stop signs, otherwise he would have gone over the net. Attendant didnt move an inch, just standing behind the stoppers. Another kid went over the safety net, attendant did not bother moving or even check if the kid is ok.
