Had the best customer service recently by a young woman with brown hair, sorry, didn’t know her name. Was so helpful and calm, and I was so agitated when I went into the bank, and felt really happy and calm when I left. She deserves a raise

Always greeted with a smile. Two blonde ladies ( sorry can’t remeber names ) are always happy and helpful!
There is also a gentleman who greets everyone and it’s nice to feel acknowledged.
Go here weekly and never once waited over 5 minutes to be served at the teller.

Convenient little branch. Parking is quite odd coming off the main road but the ladies here are friendly.

Just rude, all I wanted was 5 minutes of their time and was told to sit and wait my turn, 20 mins later and no customers in the building, totally ignored I walked out, shame on you! Customer service is your job! Do it right!

Just been there! Bank closed permanently! Sign still up and this site still up saying it is open. How inefficient can you get.
