Was able to get an appointment quickly, and then gain a FREE diagnosis from Justin, who was super knowledgeable and professional. Based on this we proceeded directly to treatment of my knee issue, and have put a plan in place to resolve the issue that has been effecting me for over 6 months. Based on my experience thus far, I highly recommend BIMB!

Just had my first appointment at Back In Motion with Ellie and I have left feeling like I’m in good hands! She is very knowledgeable and informative with what’s going on with my body. It’s also really nice and comforting to have a pregnant lady looking after me while going through my own pregnancy. Can't wait for my next session!!!

Will, I would have given you ten stars if it was an option. Never in a million years could I possibly think that my lower back pain that I lived with on a permanent basis - could be gone in just one treatment!! Now every time I get up from a seated potion and every time I bend over to lift something up - I praise you, Will!! I can not believe that the pain that became a big part of my life is now totally gone!!!! Will - you are amazing!!!!

Haven’t been to a physio previously as not sure of the benefits but after suffering with a sore lower back for months decided to try. Managed to get me in same day and relieved pain and worked on a plan to improve mobility and ease pain. Perry was knowledgeable and helped me walk out feeling much better movement and less pain. Would recommend!

If there were six stars BIM would get it. James is a star, he literally got the man of the house walking after being in a wheelchair for most of the last year. In one session. Not kidding. Massive sciatica from degenerating disks, literally screaming pain, suddenly relieved enough that he has a life again. Others waiting for spinal ops or told there's nothing to be done 'yet' might consider a consult (they read your scans pre appointment). BIM take the Care Plan referrals we low-income ppl can get from GP's (with no extra cost!). Everyone in the building is totally engaged in making sure your experience is positive. From front desk to their hold "music" to the capable, first-rate physios. Recommended to the max. AND you get a free initial consultation, so nothing to lose.
Oh, and when you go for the first time, they try to put up a welcome sign on the front counter for you. All the patients seemed like us to be energised by their experiences. I personally feel more positive about my health and fitness than i have in decades and have regained movement i thought was lost forever. Multiple shots of cortisone and total rest had failed to help at all, the last shot didn't even relieve the pain. Now I'm inspired and able to get moving again. Back in motion, indeed.
The hold 'music'? It's a series of tiny talks on various health/physio/injury subjects. Seriously, it was really fascinating and educational. I took notes just in case i got cut off and had to ask them what the next part was, but fortunately was answered at just the right time. You hurt? Or you don't hurt if you don't move? Go there, or to one of the other branches.

I was met at reception by a happy and efficient receptionist. San was my physio today. He was very professional in his approach. He explained everything in detail, diagnosed a problem, treated the problem, and gave me advice and exercises which I can do before I see him again next week. I was very impressed with my visit today!

I am very grateful for the support I received from Bayo. Professional, caring and encouraging. My knee was aching badly, within 2 sessions I managed to walk 5km! Hurray! Thank you tons and I am looking forward to my next appointment

I have had a muscular hip pain for months and my doctor recommended I see a Physiotherapist. I went to Back in Motion at Bundall within weeks of my personal treatment plan my pain subsided and I noticed my overall physical health improve with more flexibility and strength. The professional team made it a great physiotherapy experience, especially Josephine.

As far as physios go, can't recommend Fergus highly enough.
