Outstanding. What an amazing gastronomy experience. Food was exquisite. Explosion of flavour and presentation was exceptional. Halder the chef is truly clever and an expert in enchanting and delicious taste sensations. He is someone to watch as I have no doubt we will be hearing lots about Helder in the future! This is a must visit restaurant.

Was such a great night! Was our last night in Gold Coast. I remember the food was delicious, the service was excellent. The moon was so pretty that night, I hope my boyfriend and I have more and more nights like this ahead of us. He might not know but I really enjoy his accompany❤

Amazing dining experience. Our favourites was the scallops sirloin steak, beef bourguignon. Excellent presentation. Steak was cooked perfectly
and sirloin steak was so tender! It literally melt in the mouth. A bottle of Rosé which was recommended by Kyla, one of the staff, went so well with the food that we ordered, enhanced the dining experience.

Overall, an enjoyable evening. Thank you for an excellent service.

This restaurant needs 10 stars. The food was freaking amazing and the staff phenomenonal. Best food I have had in a long time. It was cooked to perfection and presented with such elegance.

Fine dining at its best in a stunning location.

MASSIVE shoutout to our wait staff Soil and Larissa who kept out our drinks topped up, helped me choose my food and were just straight up amazing. They made our night perfect.

Loved the location so much we returned for breakfast the next morning.

The menu is not big, however what is on offer is hugely delicious.
We had the saumon fume and the sabayon crab...the description was intriguing ,but the flavours phenomenal.

Just reopen on 23/5. This Sofitel’s restaurant is spectacular for their service and food. Friendly, helpful, caring, professional and very polite staffs, food was beautifully served and delicious, we also got some surprise for our anniversary. I strongly recommend the scallop and barramundi. The restaurant didn’t charge us the parking fee. This is a must-try restaurant in Surfer Paradise Gold Coast

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the staff with kindness and generosity and guided to the table. Matt always very kind and explaining everything to us about the food as well as drinks and recommending what he thinks is best according to our tastes. Me and my girlfriend decided to try a wide variety of dishes and the food was spectacular as well as the cocktails we were drinking... I have a hard time saying which dishes were my favorite but the Heirloom Tomatoes with the goat cheese ice cream was overwhelming, the young chicken with an amazing truffle sauce, the tenderness of the wagyu and scallops with and incredible mix of flavors were definitely amazing. On the other side, Cameron made amazing cocktails for us... for lovers of fruity cocktails I would recommend the Berry Love and for more bitter flavors I would go for Pink Negroni or the French Connections which goes very well at the end of the meal.
During the meal we also had the pleasure to meet the chef and talk to him as well as being served by Kadi and Vadim which looked after us, always asking if everything was ok and if we needed something else.

Had an amazing experience at Room81 yesterday. We went there for our wedding anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make it super special. They provide us with a surprise complementary wine and dessert platter to celebrate. The food was out of this world - highly recommend for both food and excellent service.

Best meal ever! I was told about the fine dining experience at Room81, but did not expect this meal to be so brilliant. The overall experience including the presentation, service (friendly and attentive wait staff) and flavors was on another level. This experience is up there as an all time favorite meal. Head Chef Youngkyu (YK) was brilliant, the care Youngkyu takes is evident within the exceptional taste of these high quality meals. Would recommend this dining experience to everyone.

Wow wow wow! Absolutely amazing service and the food was sensational. The expertise and effort of head chef Youngkyu was reflected in the most beautifully presented meals, all cooked to perfection. Could not fault this experience.

Very impressed by the service and quality of food. Went in not really knowing what to expect, but he level of service and food was amazing for this type of restaurant. The value for money was exceeded and I cannot thank the staff for putting in the effort they did. From the service from wait staff and those working in the kitchen, there's a genuine care there. Absolutely wonderful experience. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Vadim who was so helpful and knowledgeable and we really appreciated and valued his assistance with pairing the wines. Beautiful food as always, Andras was very helpful and with a great personality. Loved the new menu, very different from what we are used to that is the degustation menu but definitely loved the originality. We mention we were celebrating our anniversary and you added a very nice touch to the end of the night with that beautiful plate with chocolates for us. Thank you for such a great service and great food. Congratulations on the new menu. Andras definitely created a peak moment here!

This French restaurant is truly exquisite! The culinary creations are divine, and the ambiance is simply enchanting. I wholeheartedly recommend it for an unparalleled dining soirée.

We only stopped by the bar but the service and dessert samplers were very good. As part of a small tour, one of our group was asked to help prepare the line up of their specialty drinks. Very elegant but warm place to pop into.

My partner, 5yo son and I dined here a week ago while staying at the Sofitel. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and I was very impressed with the offering on the kids menu. The Chicken Ballotine was absolutely delicious (and the duck fat fries weren't bad either)!!! The presentation of the food was magnifique! Staff provided friendly, accomodating service that was on point, and we would most definitely eat here again on our next visit to Broadbeach, regardless of where we stay. Thankyou.

The service and food were amazing. The Lobster inspired Chef's Selection was creative and delicious. The personal attention from our waitress and the chef made it a lovely night.
